More ELISA Kits for ABCC4 Interaction Partners

Cow (Bovine) ATP-Binding Cassette, Sub-Family C (CFTR/MRP), Member 4 (ABCC4) interaction partners

  1. MRP4 is a functional prostaglandin carrier under the regulation of oxytocin in the bovine endometrium.

Human ATP-Binding Cassette, Sub-Family C (CFTR/MRP), Member 4 (ABCC4) interaction partners

  1. Results demonstrated the capacity of MRP4 to confer resistance to arsenite (AsIII), as evidenced by cell survival assays when treated with AsIII in the presence or absence of its two differential inhibitors.

  2. Osteoarthritis patient platelets presented a higher expression of MRP4.

  3. Sulfate metabolites R-6-S and R-4'-S were generated from raloxifene in SULT293 expression HEK293 cells. Cellular excretion of the raloxifene sulfates was mainly mediated by BCRP and MRP4.

  4. the specific COX-2 inhibitor meloxicam can increase the intracellular accumulation of doxorubicin and enhance doxorubicin-induced cytotoxicity in A549 cancer cells by reducing the expression of MRP1 and MRP4.

  5. MRP4 overexpression is important to reduce aspirin-selective cell death

  6. Approximately 20% of HIV-infected patients receiving tenofovir showed beta2-microglobulinuria. The C allele at position 4976 of the ABCC4 gene was associated with beta2-microglobulinuria in this population.

  7. MRP4 genotyping may be useful for personalizing the therapeutic dose of 6-mercaptopurine during the acute lymphoblastic leukemia maintenance therapy in Japanese

  8. Genetic variability in ABCC4 may contribute to misoprostol-induced fever in pregnant women

  9. ABCC4 levels were significantly upregulated both in human NK/T-cell lymphoma YTS (show Yars ELISA Kits) and SNK (show ATP1A4 ELISA Kits)-6 cells. ABCC4 overexpression induced chemotherapy resistance to epirubicin and cisplatin in YTS (show Yars ELISA Kits) cells, and inhibited apoptosis.

  10. These findings have important clinical implications because they directly highlight an important relationship between ABCC4 transporter function and phosphodiesterases in accounting for the cAMP-directed activity of antithrombotic agents.

Mouse (Murine) ATP-Binding Cassette, Sub-Family C (CFTR/MRP), Member 4 (ABCC4) interaction partners

  1. These findings have important clinical implications because they directly highlight an important relationship between ABCC4 transporter function and phosphodiesterases in accounting for the cAMP-directed activity of antithrombotic agents.

  2. A novel cAMP-dependent mechanism for MRP4-mediated regulation of fibroblast migration and indicated that PKA and actin play important roles as downstream effectors.

  3. Loss of MRP4 is associated with impaired platelet activation and cAMP homeostasis

  4. Upregulation of COX-2 in lung cancer promotes overexpression of MRP4 via PGE2-dependent pathway

  5. role of MRP4 in thrombus formation

  6. NHERF3 is a key regulator of organic transport in the kidney, particularly MRP4-mediated clearance of drug molecules.

  7. Abcc4 in the stomach facilitates the oral absorption of dasatinib, and it possibly plays a similar role for other orally administered substrates, such as acetylsalicylic acid.

  8. Mrp4 is not essential for the recruitment of neutrophils into the lung after LPS (show TLR4 ELISA Kits) or CS exposure or of eosinophils after allergen exposure

  9. Data indicate that Abcc4 limits the brain penetration of camptothecin analogues and teams up with Abcb1a (show ABCB4 ELISA Kits)/b and Abcg2 (show ABCG2 ELISA Kits) to form a robust cooperative drug efflux system.

  10. Multi-drug resistance protein 4 (MRP4)-mediated regulation of fibroblast cell migration reflects a dichotomous role of intracellular cyclic nucleotides.

ABCC4 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intra-cellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies (ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, White). This protein is a member of the MRP subfamily which is involved in multi-drug resistance. The specific function of this protein has not yet been determined\; however, this protein may play a role in cellular detoxification as a pump for its substrate, organic anions. Alternative splicing results in multiple splice variants encoding different isoforms.
