More ELISA Kits for ATP10A Interaction Partners

Human ATPase, Class V, Type 10A (ATP10A) interaction partners

  1. results suggest that enhanced PC flipping activity due to exogenous ATP10A expression alters the lipid composition at the plasma membrane

  2. has been proven that hypocaloric diets induce changes in the DNA methylation (show HELLS ELISA Kits) pattern in PBMCs (CpG18 of ATP10A and CpG 21 of WT1 (show WT1 ELISA Kits)) and that some of these markers could be used as early indicators of response to metabolic effects of weight-loss programs

  3. ATP10A gene is imprinted, with preferential expression from the maternal allele in human brain.

  4. In the analysis of a four-marker haplotype located in ATP10C, a statistically significant difference was observed in the frequency of one haplotype between male autism patients and controls

  5. monoallelic expression of human ATP10A is variable in the population and is influenced by both gender and common genetic variation

Mouse (Murine) ATPase, Class V, Type 10A (ATP10A) interaction partners

  1. Data report that Atp10a is biallelically expressed in both the newborn and adult brain, and Atp10a allelic expression is insensitive to deletion or mutation of the PWS imprinting center.

  2. Atp10c/pfatp showed tissue-specific maternal expression in the hippocampus and olfactory bulb

  3. Atp10a was biallelically expressed in all tissues examined. Furthermore, there was no differential methylation in the CpG island and no antisense transcripts of the gene. These findings suggest that the mouse Atp10a gene escapes genomic imprinting.

  4. data suggest that heterozygous deletion along with an unusual pattern of maternal inheritance of the chromosomal region containing the single gene, Atp10c, causes obesity, type 2 diabetes, and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in these mice

  5. A putative phospholipid transporter, is the only coding unit between Gabrb3 (show GABRB3 ELISA Kits) and Ube3a (show ube3a ELISA Kits).

ATP10A Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases, and to the subfamily of aminophospholipid-transporting ATPases. The aminophospholipid translocases transport phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylethanolamine from one side of a bilayer to another. This gene is maternally expressed. It maps within the most common interval of deletion responsible for Angelman syndrome, also known as 'happy puppet syndrome'.
