More ELISA Kits for Adrenergic Receptor, alpha 1d Interaction Partners

Mouse (Murine) Adrenergic Receptor, alpha 1d (ADRA1D) interaction partners

  1. Erythropoietin (show EPO ELISA Kits) seems to reverse sepsis-induced vasoplegia to NE through the preservation of alpha1D adrenoceptor mRNA/protein expression, inhibition of GRK2 (show ADRBK1 ELISA Kits)-mediated desensitization, and attenuation of NO overproduction in the mouse aorta.

  2. in mouse ureters: the mRNA for the alpha1A-adrenoceptor was more prevalent than those for the alpha1B- and alpha1D-adrenoceptors

  3. The right ventricle inotropic response to alpha(1)-adrenergic receptors is switched from negative to positive in heart failure, through a pathway involving increased myofilament Ca(2 (show CA2 ELISA Kits)+) sensitivity.

  4. mouse hearts lacking alpha(1A)- and alpha(1B (show CACNA1B ELISA Kits))-adrenergic receptors retain functional alpha(1)-adrenergic receptor responses involving decreases of coronary flow and ventricular pressure that reflect alpha(1D)-adrenergic receptor-mediated vasoconstriction

  5. alpha1D-adrenergic receptors are regulated by syntrophins through a PDZ domain (show INADL ELISA Kits)-mediated interaction

  6. Couplings of 5-HT2B (show HTR2B ELISA Kits) and adrenergic alpha1D autoreceptors to reactive oxygen species and TNF-alpha (show TNF ELISA Kits) signaling control neurotransmitter metabolism in 1C11-derived neuronal cells.

  7. These results demonstrate that alpha(1)-adrenoceptors, particularly alpha(1A)-adrenoceptors, are required for normal contractility of the vas (show AVP ELISA Kits) deferens and consequent sperm ejaculation as well as having a function in fertility

  8. Norepinephrine acts through both alpha1- and beta-adrenergic receptors located on the soma/dendrites of GnRH neurons to directly suppress their excitability throughout the estrous cycle and after ovariectomy.

  9. syntrophin and utrophin (show UTRN ELISA Kits) associate with alpha(1D)-ARs (show SLURP1 ELISA Kits) to create a functional signalosome, which is essential for alpha(1D)-AR regulation of vascular tone and blood pressure

Human Adrenergic Receptor, alpha 1d (ADRA1D) interaction partners

  1. alpha1A-adrenergic receptors are stably expressed and stimulate cell migration and TGF-beta1 (show TGFB1 ELISA Kits), IGF-1 (show IGF1 ELISA Kits), hyaluronan and PIP (show PIP ELISA Kits) production in human skin fibroblasts.

  2. Data show that alpha-dystrobrevin (show DTNA ELISA Kits)-1 recruits alpha-catulin (show CTNNAL1 ELISA Kits), which supersensitizes alpha(1D)-AR functional responses by recruiting effector molecules to the signalosome.

  3. Genetic characteristics associated with response to domperidone therapy included polymorphisms in the drug transporter gene ABCB1 (show ABCB1 ELISA Kits), the potassium channel (show KCNAB2 ELISA Kits) KCNH2 (show KCNH2 ELISA Kits) gene, and alpha1D--adrenoceptor ADRA1D gene.

  4. Data show thah activation of alpha(1)A- or alpha(1)B-adrenergic receptors inhibits serum-promoted cell proliferation, whereas alpha(1)D-AR activation does not show such an inhibitory effect.

  5. These studies suggest that gC1qR (show C1QBP ELISA Kits) interacts specifically with alpha1B- and alpha1D-, but not alpha1A-ARs (show SLURP1 ELISA Kits), and this interaction depends on the presence of an intact C-tail.

  6. Human ureter was endowed with each alpha1 AR subtype, although alpha1D and alpha1A ARs (show SLURP1 ELISA Kits) were prevalent over alpha1B ARs (show SLURP1 ELISA Kits).

  7. alpha1D-adrenergic receptors are regulated by syntrophins through a PDZ domain (show INADL ELISA Kits)-mediated interaction

  8. Differential methylation of proximal GC boxes in the ADRA1D promoter disrupts Sp1 (show PSG1 ELISA Kits) binding in a cell-specific manner resulting in repression of basal alpha1dAR expression.

  9. Stimulation of alpha(1D)-ARs (show SLURP1 ELISA Kits) by picomolar phenylephrine concentrations devoid of any contractile vascular effects, induces a proangiogenic phenotype in endothelial cells that is enhanced in a hypoxic environment.

  10. In the proximal and medial ureter, the distribution of ARs (show SLURP1 ELISA Kits) was alpha 1d > or = alpha 1a > alpha 1b (show CACNA1B ELISA Kits); In the distal ureter, the distribution of ARs (show SLURP1 ELISA Kits) was alpha 1d > alpha 1a > alpha 1b (show CACNA1B ELISA Kits)

Adrenergic Receptor, alpha 1d (ADRA1D) Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

Alpha-1-adrenergic receptors (alpha-1-ARs) are members of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily. They activate mitogenic responses and regulate growth and proliferation of many cells. There are 3 alpha-1-AR subtypes: alpha-1A, -1B and -1D, all of which signal through the Gq/11 family of G-proteins and different subtypes show different patterns of activation. This gene encodes alpha-1D-adrenergic receptor. Similar to alpha-1B-adrenergic receptor gene, this gene comprises 2 exons and a single intron that interrupts the coding region.
