The protein encoded by MYCBP binds to the N-terminus of the oncogenic protein C-MYC, enhancing the ability of C-MYC to activate E box-dependent transcription. Additionally we are shipping C-Myc Binding Protein Antibodies (54) and C-Myc Binding Protein Kits (18) and many more products for this protein.

Human MYCBP Protein expressed in Escherichia coli (E. coli) - ABIN667568
Yukitake, Furusawa, Taira, Iguchi-Ariga, Ariga et al.: AAT-1, a novel testis-specific AMY-1-binding protein, forms a quaternary complex with AMY-1, A-kinase anchor protein 84, and a regulatory subunit of cAMP-dependent protein kinase and is ... in The Journal of biological chemistry 2002
L-Myc, as well as c-Myc (show MYC Proteins) mutants (W136E and dN2), all of which have little transformation activity, promoted human iPSC generation more efficiently and specifically compared with WT c-Myc (show MYC Proteins).
These data suggested that hAECs can alter mouse ESC gene expression via epigenetic modification of c-Myc (show MYC Proteins), providing a possible mechanism for the hAEC-induced maintenance of ESCs (show NR2E3 Proteins) in an undifferentiated state.
identified a novel AMY-1 (show AMY1 Proteins)-binding protein, AAT-1 (show C3orf15 Proteins), and determied its expression profiles, genes, and cellular localization; results showed that AAT-1 (show C3orf15 Proteins) was specifically expressed in the testis throughout spermatogenesis and was also present in mature sperm
c-Myc (show MYC Proteins) expression is reduced in pterygium compared with normal conjunctiva.
Suppression of telomerase activity mediated by PinX1 (show PINX1 Proteins) is involved in the Mad1 (show MXD1 Proteins)/c-Myc (show MYC Proteins) pathway.
miR (show MLXIP Proteins)-22 acts as a tumor suppressor through direct repression of MYCBP expression and subsequent reduction of oncogenic c-Myc (show MYC Proteins) activities.
identified a novel AMY-1 (show AMY1A Proteins)-binding protein, AAT-1 (show ALT Proteins), and determied its expression profiles, genes, and cellular localization; results showed that AAT-1 (show ALT Proteins) was specifically expressed in the testis throughout spermatogenesis and was also present in mature sperm
interacts with S-AKAP84 and AKAP95 in the cytoplasm and the nucleus, respectively, and inhibits enzyme acdtivity by preventing binding of its catalytic subunit to A-kinase-anchoring protein (AKAP) complex
AMY-1 coordinates ADP-Ribosylation Factors-mediated membrane trafficking and signaling pathways.
An important role for MBP-1 in the altered cell proliferation and energy utilization that occur in response to an altered glucose concentration.
AMY-1 (show AMY1A Proteins) was localized in the mitochondria of HeLa and sperm in association with AKAP149 (show AKAP1 Proteins) and S-AKAP84 (show AKAP1 Proteins), respectively. These results suggest that AMY-1 (show AMY1A Proteins) plays a role in spermatogenesis
The protein encoded by this gene binds to the N-terminus of the oncogenic protein C-MYC, enhancing the ability of C-MYC to activate E box-dependent transcription. The encoded protein is normally found in the cytoplasm, but it translocates to the nucleus during S phase of the cell cycle and associates with C-MYC. This protein may be involved in spermatogenesis. This gene can be silenced by microRNA-22. Two transcript variants, one protein-coding and the other probably not protein-coding, have been found for this gene.
