More ELISA Kits for CD63 Interaction Partners

Mouse (Murine) CD63 Molecule (CD63) interaction partners

  1. Data show that CD63 is a crucial player in the regulation of the tumor cell-intrinsic metastatic potential by affecting cell plasticity.

  2. These findings identify CD63 as an important component of allergic inflammation.

  3. CD63 serves to bridge between beta1 integrin and VEGFR2 (show KDR ELISA Kits) because CD63 silencing disrupted VEGFR2 (show KDR ELISA Kits)-beta1 integrin complex formation identified using proximity ligation assay

  4. Loss of CD63 is associated impairment of amyloidogenesis and downstream melanosome morphogenesis.

  5. Loss of CD63 has a similar phenotype to loss of P-selectin (show SELP ELISA Kits) itself, thus CD63 is an essential cofactor to P-selectin (show SELP ELISA Kits).

  6. CXCR4 (show CXCR4 ELISA Kits) can be downregulated on activated B cells by IL-21 (show IL21 ELISA Kits)-induced endocytosis and CD63-mediated endosomal recruitment.

  7. The findings identify palmitoylation-dependent association with the tetraspanin CD63 as the mechanism by which Syt VII (show SYT7 ELISA Kits) is targeted to lysosomes.

  8. CD63, but not RILP (show RILP ELISA Kits), is recruited to the phagosomes in macrophages expressing the dominant negative form of Rab7 (show RAB7A ELISA Kits).

  9. CD63 is recruited to already-budded Weibel-Palade bodies by an AP-3-dependent route

  10. Upon phagocytosis of Cryptococcus neoformans and polystyrene beads, CD63 was recruited selectively to C. neoformans-containing phagosomes in a MyD88 (show MYD88 ELISA Kits)-independent acidification-dependent manner

Human CD63 Molecule (CD63) interaction partners

  1. CD163 (show CD163 ELISA Kits)(+) TAMs in oral premalignant lesions coexpress CD163 (show CD163 ELISA Kits) and STAT1 (show STAT1 ELISA Kits), suggesting that the TAMs in oral premalignant lesions possess an M1 phenotype in a Th1 (show TH1L ELISA Kits)-dominated micromilieu.

  2. Our findings reveal that elevated levels of TIMP-1 (show TIMP1 ELISA Kits) impact on neutrophil homeostasis via signaling through CD63.

  3. These findings indicate that rhTIMP-1 promotes clonogenic expansion and survival in human progenitors via the activation of the CD63/PI3K (show PIK3CA ELISA Kits)/pAkt (show AKT1 ELISA Kits) signaling pathway

  4. It was shown that treatment of macrophages with anti-CD63 inhibits CCR5 (show CCR5 ELISA Kits)-mediated virus infection in a cell type-specific manner, but that no inhibition of CXCR4 (show CXCR4 ELISA Kits)-tropic viruses occurs.

  5. TM4SF5 (show TM4SF5 ELISA Kits) interacted with CD151 (show CD151 ELISA Kits), and caused the internalization of CD63 from the cell surface.

  6. Diesel exhaust exposure during exercise induces platelet activation as illustrated by a dose-response increase in the release of CD62P (show SELP ELISA Kits) and CD63.

  7. Data show that CD63 is a crucial player in the regulation of the tumor cell-intrinsic metastatic potential by affecting cell plasticity.

  8. CD63 tetraspanin is a negative driver of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition in human melanoma cells.

  9. these results indicated that high glycosylation of CD63 by RPN2 (show PSMD1 ELISA Kits) is implicated in clinical outcomes in breast cancer patients

  10. CD9 (show CD9 ELISA Kits) and CD63 tetraspanins block HIV-1-induced cell-cell fusion at the transition from hemifusion to pore opening.

CD63 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family. Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains. The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility. The encoded protein is a cell surface glycoprotein that is known to complex with integrins. It may function as a blood platelet activation marker. Deficiency of this protein is associated with Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome. Also this gene has been associated with tumor progression. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different protein isoforms.
