More ELISA Kits for CDC42BPA Interaction Partners

Human CDC42 Binding Protein Kinase alpha (DMPK-Like) (CDC42BPA) interaction partners

  1. Data show that the fusion gene cyclin D1 (show CCND1 ELISA Kits)/myotonic dystrophy kinase-related CDC42-binding protein kinase alpha (CCND1 (show CCND1 ELISA Kits)/MRCK) mRNA is resistant to CCND1 (show CCND1 ELISA Kits)-targeted miRNA regulation.

  2. the functional relevance of the LRAP25-MRCK complex in LIMK1 (show LIMK1 ELISA Kits)-cofilin (show CFL1 ELISA Kits) signaling and the importance of LRAP (show ERAP2 ELISA Kits) adaptors as key determinants of MRCK cellular localization and downstream specificities.

  3. MRCK participates in mediating the effects of HMI-1a3 on HeLa cell morphology.

  4. A functional pathway involving PDK1-mediated activation of MRCKA, links EGF signaling to myosin contraction and directional migration.

  5. Data show that chelerythrine blocks cellular activity of MRCK resulted in the specific loss of NM II-associated MLC phosphorylation in the lamella, and the consequential suppression of cell migration.

  6. MRCKalpha takes part in transferrin (show Tf ELISA Kits) (Tf)-iron uptake, probably via regulation of Tf- TfR (show TFRC ELISA Kits) endocytosis/endosome trafficking that is dependent on the cellular cytoskeleton.

  7. Class II histone deacetylases are directly recruited by BCL6 (show BCL6 ELISA Kits) transcriptional repressor

  8. a Cdc42 (show CDC42 ELISA Kits)-MRCK signal mediates myosin-dependent cell motility and there is convergence between Rho and Cdc42 (show CDC42 ELISA Kits) signalling

  9. The level of MRCKalpha mRNA in various tissues strongly positively correlates with the level of TfR (show TFRC ELISA Kits) mRNA, indicating its possible role in the transferrin (show Tf ELISA Kits) iron uptake pathway.

  10. findings report that the Notch1 (show NOTCH1 ELISA Kits) gene is a p53 (show TP53 ELISA Kits) target in human keratinocytes with a role in tumor suppression of this cell type through negative regulation of the ROCK1 (show ROCK1 ELISA Kits)/2 and MRCKalpha kinases

CDC42BPA Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Serine/Threonine protein kinase family. This kinase contains multiple functional domains. Its kinase domain is highly similar to that of the myotonic dystrophy protein kinase (DMPK). This kinase also contains a Rac interactive binding (CRIB) domain, and has been shown to bind CDC42. It may function as a CDC42 downstream effector mediating CDC42 induced peripheral actin formation, and promoting cytoskeletal reorganization. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described, and the full-length nature of two of them has been reported.
