CLEC1A encodes a member of the C-type lectin/C-type lectin-like domain (CTL/CTLD) superfamily. Additionally we are shipping C-Type Lectin Domain Family 1, Member A Antibodies (53) and C-Type Lectin Domain Family 1, Member A Kits (1) and many more products for this protein.
Showing 6 out of 9 products:
Expression of CLEC-1 mRNA was detected in myeloid cells as well as in endothelial cells. CLEC-1 protein displayed N-linked glycosylation and formed dimers.
these results suggest that IRBIT (show AHCYL1 Proteins) may reduce the apparent affinity for Mg(2 (show MCOLN1 Proteins)+)(i) in inhibition of NBCe1 (show SLC4A4 Proteins)-B activity in mammalian cells.
This gene encodes a member of the C-type lectin/C-type lectin-like domain (CTL/CTLD) superfamily. Members of this family share a common protein fold and have diverse functions, such as cell adhesion, cell-cell signalling, glycoprotein turnover, and roles in inflammation and immune response. The encoded protein may play a role in regulating dendritic cell function. Alternative splice variants have been described but their biological nature has not been determined. This gene is closely linked to other CTL/CTLD superfamily members on chromosome 12p13 in the natural killer gene complex region.
