More ELISA Kits for CACNG1 Interaction Partners

Mouse (Murine) Calcium Channel, Voltage-Dependent, gamma Subunit 1 (CACNG1) interaction partners

  1. the L-type Ca2 (show CA2 ELISA Kits)+ channel function, but not the sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2 (show CA2 ELISA Kits)+ release triggering function of the skeletal muscle dihydropyridine receptor (show CACNA1S ELISA Kits), is modulated by the gamma1 subunit

  2. absence of alpha1S, beta1 or gamma1 DHPR (show QDPR ELISA Kits) subunits does not significantly affect the electrophysiological properties of T-type Ca2 (show CA2 ELISA Kits)+ currents in skeletal muscle

  3. Thus, we conclude that the alpha(2)delta(1) dihydropyridine receptor (show CACNA1S ELISA Kits) subunit is physiologically necessary for sustaining Ca(2 (show CA2 ELISA Kits)+) transients in response to prolonged depolarization or repeated trains of action potentials.

CACNG1 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

Voltage-dependent calcium channels are composed of five subunits. The protein encoded by this gene represents one of these subunits, gamma, and is one of two known gamma subunit proteins. This particular gamma subunit is part of skeletal muscle 1,4-dihydropyridine-sensitive calcium channels and is an integral membrane protein that plays a role in excitation-contraction coupling. This gene is part of a functionally diverse eight-member protein subfamily of the PMP-22/EMP/MP20 family and is located in a cluster with two family members that function as transmembrane AMPA receptor regulatory proteins (TARPs).
