The protein encoded by CALR3 belongs to the calreticulin family, members of which are calcium-binding chaperones localized mainly in the endoplasmic reticulum. Additionally we are shipping Calreticulin 3 Antibodies (60) and Calreticulin 3 Proteins (10) and many more products for this protein.

A triple knockout mutant, t123, which lacks CRT1, CRT2 and CRT3 was generated to examine the roles of calreticulins in abiotic stress tolerance.
Arabidopsis CRT2 is a pathogen-responsive gene with a potential role in disease resistance. Over-expression of CRT2 results in pleiotropic phenotypes with increased salicylic acid levels.
POD1 (show TCF21 ELISA Kits) is a novel ER luminal protein involved in ER protein retention and interacts with CALRETICULIN3.
ADAM2, CALR3 and SAGE1 cancer/testis antigens are not promising targets for immunotherapy of breast and lung cancer.
Calreticulin-2 is localized in the lumen of the endoplasmic reticulum but is not a Ca2 (show CA2 ELISA Kits)+ -binding protein.
CRT2 is a novel cancer-testis antigen frequently expressed in various cancers
Calsperin is a testis-specific (show AIF1 ELISA Kits) chaperone required for sperm fertility.
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the calreticulin family, members of which are calcium-binding chaperones localized mainly in the endoplasmic reticulum. This protein is also localized to the endoplasmic reticulum lumen, however, its capacity for calcium-binding may be absent or much lower than other family members. This gene is specifically expressed in the testis, and may be required for sperm fertility. Mutation in this gene has been associated with familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
