Recognition of CEACAM3 and of a recombinant transmembrane-anchored PSG1 fusion protein was tested on stably transfected HeLa cells. Expression of the constructs was confirmed with monoclonal antibodies known to recognize the corresponding proteins (CEACAM1, 3, 5 and 6: D14HD11; CEACAM8: 80H3; PSG: BAP1; green curves). An irrelevant monoclonal antibody served as a negative control (black curves). For specificity testing, protein G purified 26/5/1 was tested on all CEACAM transfectants. A positive signal was only obtained with CEACAM5 expressing cells (red curves). 100 μg Log in to see 5 to 6 Days

Human Carcinoembryonic Antigen-Related Cell Adhesion Molecule 5 (CEACAM5) interaction partners

  1. Elevated Carcinoembryonic Antigen Levels are associated with Colon Cancer.

  2. Baseline serum CEA levels can serve as predictive factors for the treatment of EGFR (show EGFR Antibodies)-TKI in non-small cell lung cancer patients harboring EGFR (show EGFR Antibodies) mutations.

  3. BALF and serum NSE (show ENO2 Antibodies), CEA, and CYFRA21.1 elevated in lung cancer, which had prompt value for pathology, especially significant for BALF.

  4. Significant levels of CEA, CYFRA 21-1, NSE (show ENO2 Antibodies), and TSGF were detected in the serum. The amounts found were useful for diagnosing non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients who depended on the currently limited biomarker development.

  5. We conclude that patients with high preoperative serum CEA levels should have more intensive follow-up for detection of synchronous liver metastasis.

  6. Elevated CEA expression is associated with Gastric Cancer.

  7. CEA, NSE (show ENO2 Antibodies), CA125 (show MUC16 Antibodies) and pro-GRP (show LSM4 Antibodies) could serve as biomarkers for SCLC, and CEA and CYFRA21-1 could serve as biomarkers for NSCLC. Pro-GRP (show LSM4 Antibodies), CA125 (show MUC16 Antibodies) and CEA were related to the clinical stages of lung cancer

  8. In this phase I/II study, 14 high-risk disease-free ovarian (OC) and breast cancer (BC) patients after completion of standard therapies were vaccinated with MUC1 (show MUC1 Antibodies), ErbB2 (show ERBB2 Antibodies) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) HLA-A2+-restricted peptides and Montanide.

  9. combined pre-chemoradiotherapy CEA and post-chemoradiotherapy CEA levels enable more accurate prediction of rectal adenocarcinoma prognosis

  10. ESCC patients with lower Cyfra21-1 and CEA, higher miR-7 (show LILRB1 Antibodies) and severe myelosuppression were much more sensitive to CRT (show SLC6A8 Antibodies).

Mouse (Murine) Carcinoembryonic Antigen-Related Cell Adhesion Molecule 5 (CEACAM5) interaction partners

  1. a new mechanistic insight into how the CEA (show CEA Antibodies) IgV-like N domain participates in cellular events that can have a macroscopic impact in terms of cancer progression and metastasis.
