More ELISA Kits for Chloride Channel Accessory 4 Interaction Partners

Human Chloride Channel Accessory 4 (CLCA4) interaction partners

  1. CLCA4 and CLCA2 (show CLCA2 ELISA Kits) play complementary but distinct roles in epithelial differentiation

  2. CLCA4 modulates the capability to express residual chloride secretion in colonic tissue.

  3. CLCA1 (show CLCA1 ELISA Kits) and CLCA4 may have roles as modulators of the gastrointestinal basic defect in cystic fibrosis (show S100A8 ELISA Kits)

Pig (Porcine) Chloride Channel Accessory 4 (CLCA4) interaction partners

  1. Deleterious mutation of the CLCA4b gene is not associated with cystic fibrosis (show S100A8 ELISA Kits) phenotype.

  2. The porcine chloride channel (show CLCA1 ELISA Kits) calcium-activated family member pCLCA4a mirrors lung expression of the human hCLCA4.

Mouse (Murine) Chloride Channel Accessory 4 (CLCA4) interaction partners

  1. cleavage of the mCLCA6 E157Q variant protein is zinc-dependent and sensitive to metalloprotease (show ADAMTS7 ELISA Kits) inhibitors, suggesting secondary cleavage by a metalloprotease (show ADAMTS7 ELISA Kits).

  2. mCLCA6 is colocalized with CFTR (show CFTR ELISA Kits) at the surface of colonic crypt cells

Chloride Channel Accessory 4 (CLCA4) Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the calcium sensitive chloride conductance protein family. To date, all members of this gene family map to the same site on chromosome 1p31-p22 and share high degrees of homology in size, sequence and predicted structure, but differ significantly in their tissue distributions. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, only one of which is thought to be protein coding.
