The eukaryotic cell cycle is governed by cyclin-dependent protein kinases (CDKs) whose activities are regulated by cyclins and CDK inhibitors. Additionally we are shipping Cyclin G2 Antibodies (42) and Cyclin G2 Kits (21) and many more products for this protein.

miR (show MLXIP Proteins)-93-CCNG2 axis may be involved in Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma proliferation and progression.
Data shows the human CCNG2 and CDK4 (show CDK4 Proteins) expression of visceral adipose tissue are inversely associated with glucose and insulin (show INS Proteins) resistance.
Data (from studies using BeWo cells, a choriocarcinoma cell line, as model of placentation) suggest that miR (show MLXIP Proteins)-378a-5p (microRNA 378a) inhibits cell differentiation in syncytiotrophoblasts, in part, by down-regulating CCNG2 (cyclin G2) expression.
miR (show MLXIP Proteins)-1246 expression was associated with chemoresistance and CSC-like properties via CCNG2, and could predict worse prognosis in pancreatic cancer patients
Cyclin G2-involved invasion in vitro and in vivo.
Low CCNG2 expression is associated with thyroid cancer.
CCNG2 may play important roles as a negative regulator to kidney cancer ACHN (show LARP6 Proteins) cell by promoting degradation of CDK2 (show CDK2 Proteins).
The level of CCNG2 was correlated with T stages, lymph node metastasis, clinic stage, and histological grade (P < 0.05) in colorectal carcinoma.
CCNG2 may play important roles as a negative regulator to esophageal cancer cell by promoting degradation of CDK2 (show CDK2 Proteins).
CCNG2 expression decreased in prostate cancer and correlated significantly with lymph node metastasis, clinic stage, and Gleason score.
CycG2 controls the dephosphorylation of the DNA repair-related factors gammaH2AX (show H2AFX Proteins) and CHK2 (show CHEK2 Proteins)-pT68 at DNA repair foci.
our results demonstrate a novel role for cyclin G2 in the regulation of adipogenesis.
These results show that FoxO (show FOXO3 Proteins) genes regulate cyclin G2 expression, illustrating a new role for phosphoinositide 3-kinase and FoxO (show FOXO3 Proteins) transcription factors in the control of cell cycle entry.
cyclin G1 (show CCNG1 Proteins) and cyclin G2 genes are differentially regulated in the periimplantation uterus in a spatiotemporal manner; results suggest cyclin G1 (show CCNG1 Proteins) and cyclin G2 genes act as downstream targets of homeobox (show PRRX1 Proteins) A-10 and negatively impact uterine cell proliferation
The eukaryotic cell cycle is governed by cyclin-dependent protein kinases (CDKs) whose activities are regulated by cyclins and CDK inhibitors. The 8 species of cyclins reported in mammals, cyclins A through H, share a conserved amino acid sequence of about 90 residues called the cyclin box. The amino acid sequence of cyclin G is well conserved among mammals. The nucleotide sequence of cyclin G1 and cyclin G2 are 53% identical. Unlike cyclin G1, cyclin G2 contains a C-terminal PEST protein destabilization motif, suggesting that cyclin G2 expression is tightly regulated through the cell cycle.
