Human Polyclonal DOK5 Primary Antibody for IHC (p), IHC - ABIN250293
Cai, Dhe-Paganon, Melendez, Lee, Shoelson: Two new substrates in insulin signaling, IRS5/DOK4 and IRS6/DOK5. in The Journal of biological chemistry 2003
Human Polyclonal DOK5 Primary Antibody for FACS, IF (p) - ABIN1387610
Pan, Zhang, Liu, Shu, Yin, Yuan, Qiang, Peng: Dok5 is involved in the signaling pathway of neurotrophin-3 against TrkC-induced apoptosis. in Neuroscience letters 2013
IGFBP-5 (show IGFBP5 Antibodies) induces its pro-fibrotic effects, at least in part, via DOK5. IGFBP-5 (show IGFBP5 Antibodies) and DOK5 are both increased in systemic sclerosis fibroblasts and tissues and may thus be acting in concert to promote fibrosis.
Although preliminary, these data suggest that DOK5 and perhaps several other genes influence the magnitude of amygdala activation during face processing, particularly in those with BD.
identified DOK5 as a novel susceptibility gene for obesity and type 2 diabetes in North Indian subjects
DOK5 expression in human T cells, its genomic structure characterized, and its regulation upon T cell activation has been demonstrated.
IRS5/DOK4 (show DOK4 Antibodies) and IRS6/DOK5 represent two new signaling proteins with potential roles in insulin (show INS Antibodies) and IGF-1 (show IGF1 Antibodies) action
Dok5 is necessary for NT-3 (show NTF3 Antibodies) signaling to block TrkC (show NTRK3 Antibodies)-induced apoptosis
FOXO3a (show FOXO3 Antibodies), the PI3K/PKB (show AKT2 Antibodies) downstream substrate, acts as a transcriptional repressor to inhibit the expression of Dok-5.
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the DOK family of membrane proteins, which are adapter proteins involved in signal transduction. The encoded protein interacts with phosphorylated receptor tyrosine kinases to mediate neurite outgrowth and activation of the MAP kinase pathway. In contrast to other DOK family proteins, this protein does not interact with RASGAP.
