Human Endoplasmic Reticulum Protein 29 (ERP29) interaction partners

  1. our studies prove a novel function of ERp29\MGMT (show MGMT ELISA Kits) in cancer cell survival against radiation. Targeting ERp29\MGMT (show MGMT ELISA Kits) axis may be useful for providing better treatment efficacy in combination with radiotherapy in breast cancer.

  2. Endoplasmic reticulum protein 29 attenuates CSE-induced ER stress and enhances cell viability and barrier integrity of RPE cells, and therefore may act as a protective mechanism for RPE survival and activity.

  3. CLIC4 (show CLIC4 ELISA Kits), ERp29, and Smac/DIABLO (show DIABLO ELISA Kits) integrated into a novel panel based on cancer stem-like cells in association with metastasis stratify the prognostic risks of colorectal cancer.

  4. overexpression of ERp29 may play a key role in apoptosis in HTR (show F2R ELISA Kits)-8/SVneo cells via activation of p38 (show CRK ELISA Kits), which may participate in the pathogenesis of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

  5. ERp29 directs ENaC (show SCNN1A ELISA Kits) toward the Golgi, where it undergoes cleavage during its biogenesis and trafficking to the apical membrane.

  6. Apoptosis related proteins ERp29, PRDX6 (show PRDX6 ELISA Kits) and MPO (show MPO ELISA Kits) were differentially expressed in placentas of pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis and in healthy pregnant women.

  7. S1P1 (show S1PR1 ELISA Kits) overexpression or ERp29 absence is related to the carcinogenesis and progression, and may be potential biomarkers for early detection of gallbladder adenocarcinoma.

  8. ERp29 is a novel molecule that regulates MET and epithelial cell integrity in breast cancer cells.

  9. Overexpression of ERp29 increases the radioresistance in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

  10. Suggest that ERp29 associates with radioresistance in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and may be potential biomarker for predicting response to radiotherapy.

Mouse (Murine) Endoplasmic Reticulum Protein 29 (ERP29) interaction partners

  1. ERp29 acts as an escort factor for ATF6 (show ATF6 ELISA Kits) and promotes its transport from ER to Golgi apparatus under ER stress conditions.

  2. Results identify ERp29 as a novel regulator of PERK and provide evidence for the role of ER resident factors in the regulation of chemotherapeutic efficacy.

  3. A network of endoplasmic reticulum ERp57 (show PDIA3 ELISA Kits), ERp72 (show PDIA4 ELISA Kits), and ERp29 facilitate polyomavirus infection.

  4. Endoplasmic reticulum protein 29 (ERp29) is involved in sperm-oocyte fusion in mouse.

Endoplasmic Reticulum Protein 29 (ERP29) Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

This gene encodes a reticuloplasmin, a protein which resides in the lumen of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). The protein shows sequence similarity to the protein disulfide isomerase family. However, it lacks the thioredoxin motif characteristic of this family, suggesting that this protein does not function as a disulfide isomerase. The protein dimerizes and is thought to play a role in the processing of secretory proteins within the ER. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
