Human HNRNPA2B1 ELISA Kit for Sandwich ELISA - ABIN416755
Dowling, Pollard, Larkin, Henry, Meleady, Gately, OByrne, Barr, Lynch, Ballot, Crown, Moriarty, OBrien, Morgan, Clynes: Abnormal levels of heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A2B1 (hnRNPA2B1) in tumour tissue and blood samples from patients diagnosed with lung cancer. in Molecular bioSystems 2014
results demonstrate that hnRNPA2/B1 promotes tumor cell growth by activating COX-2 (show COX2 ELISA Kits) signaling in NSCLC cells and imply that the hnRNPA2/B1/COX-2 (show COX2 ELISA Kits) pathway may be a potential therapeutic target for human lung cancers.
Detection of hnRNP A2/B1 expression may be useful as a biomarker for prediction of glioma progression.
The results indicate both genetic and physical interactions between disease-linked RNA-binding proteinss and DNAJB6/mrj (show DNAJB6 ELISA Kits), suggesting etiologic overlap between the pathogenesis of adult-onset inherited myopathies initiated by mutations in hnRNPA2B1 and DNAJB6 (show DNAJB6 ELISA Kits).
hnRNPA2B1, hnRNPD (show HNRNPD ELISA Kits), hnRNPL (show HNRNPL ELISA Kits) , and YBX1 (show YBX1 ELISA Kits) might play important roles in gastric cancer tumorigenesis.
A unique role of the embryonic miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-369-HNRNPA2B1 axis in controlling metabolic enzyme function.
lowering the levels of hnRNP A1 (show HNRNPA1 ELISA Kits)/A2 elicits defective transcription elongation on a fraction of P-TEFb (show CCNT1 ELISA Kits)-dependent genes, hence favoring the transcription of P-TEFb (show CCNT1 ELISA Kits)-independent genes
Study finds that the RNA-binding protein (show PTBP1 ELISA Kits) HNRNPA2B1 binds m(6)A-bearing RNAs in vivo and in vitro and its biochemical footprint matches the m(6)A consensus motif. HNRNPA2B1 directly binds a set of nuclear transcripts and elicits similar alternative splicing effects as the m(6)A writer METTL3 (show METTL3 ELISA Kits).
Nuclear TDP-43 becomes neurotoxic by escaping from the inhibitory regulation by hnRNP-U or hnRNP-A2.
Tissue analysis and knockdown of hnRNPA2B1 using siRNA subsequently demonstrated both the overexpression and potential role for this molecule in lung tumorigenesis.
Cytoplasmic hnRNPA2 may affect the cancer cell phenotype through 3'-UTR (show UTS2R ELISA Kits) mRNA-mediated regulation of beta-catenin (show CTNNB1 ELISA Kits) expression and other cancer-relevant genes.
Findings suggest that hnRNP A2/B1 has an important role in regulation of the innate immune system, especially at the level of monocyte/macrophage activation.
hnRNPA2/B1 plays a functional role in SMC differentiation from stem cells in vitro and embryonic branchial arch artery development.
splicing repressors hnRNP A1 and A2, as well as the polypyrimidine-tract-binding protein PTB, contribute to control of pyruvate kinase isoform M1 and M2 expression
overproduction of TNF-alpha leads to aberrant expression of hnRNP-A2 in the rheumatoid joint and subsequently to autoimmune reactions, which may enhance the inflammatory and destructive process.
These results are consistent with a model where hnRNP E1 recruited to A2RE RNA granules by binding to hnRNP A2 inhibits translation of A2RE RNA during granule transport.
Active Fyn (show FYN ELISA Kits) phosphorylates hnRNP (show HNRNPH2 ELISA Kits) A2 and stimulates translation of an myelin basic protein (MBP (show MBP ELISA Kits)) A2RE (A2 response element) -containing reporter construct.
A common mechanism of mitochondrial respiratory stress-induced activation of nuclear target genes that involves hnRNP A2 as a transcription coactivator, is described.
This gene belongs to the A/B subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs). The hnRNPs are RNA binding proteins and they complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA). These proteins are associated with pre-mRNAs in the nucleus and appear to influence pre-mRNA processing and other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport. While all of the hnRNPs are present in the nucleus, some seem to shuttle between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. The hnRNP proteins have distinct nucleic acid binding properties. The protein encoded by this gene has two repeats of quasi-RRM domains that bind to RNAs. This gene has been described to generate two alternatively spliced transcript variants which encode different isoforms.
