HnRNP L is a novel regulator of HPV16 RNA processing.HnRNP L controls HPV16 RNA polyadenylation and splicing in an Akt (show AKT1 Antibodies) kinase-dependent manner.
Translation of VEGFA (show VEGFA Antibodies) mRNA in myeloid cells is dictated by a bi-directional interaction between miR (show MLXIP Antibodies)-574-3p, a CA-rich microRNA, and hnRNP L. In normoxia, miR (show MLXIP Antibodies)-574-3p, acting as a decoy, binds cytoplasmic hnRNP L and prevents its binding to the CARE and stimulation of VEGFA (show VEGFA Antibodies) mRNA translation, simultaneously permitting miR (show MLXIP Antibodies)-297-mediated translational silencing.
High HNRNPL expression is associated with prostate cancer.
hnRNP-L contributes to poor prognosis and tumor progression of BC by inhibiting the intrinsic apoptotic signaling and enhancing MAPK (show MAPK1 Antibodies) signaling pathways
hnRNP L inhibits proximal 5'SS but promotes two consecutive distal 5'SS splicing, antagonizing SRSF1 (show SRSF1 Antibodies) roles in KLF6 (show KLF6 Antibodies) pre-mRNA splicing.
HNRNPL acts as the adaptor to combine the two substructures and form the intact Sam68 (show KHDRBS1 Antibodies) nuclear body through the interaction of two sets of RNA recognition motifs with the putative architectural RNA in the respective substructures.
hnRNPA2B1 (show HNRNPA2B1 Antibodies), hnRNPD (show HNRNPD Antibodies), hnRNPL , and YBX1 (show YBX1 Antibodies) might play important roles in gastric cancer tumorigenesis.
hnRNP L controls inclusion of a broad spectrum of alternative cassette exons in T cells.
The study presents the structural characterization of the RNA recognition motif domains of hnRNP-L and demonstrate their function in repressing exon 4 of SLC2A2 (show SLC2A2 Antibodies).
HnRNP C, YB-1 (show YBX1 Antibodies) and hnRNP L coordinately enhance skipping of human MUSK (show MUSK Antibodies) exon 10 to generate a Wnt (show WNT2 Antibodies)-insensitive MuSK (show MUSK Antibodies) isoform.
lncLGR facilitates the recruitment of hnRNPL to the GCK (show GCK Antibodies) promoter and suppresses GCK (show GCK Antibodies) transcription.
Hnrnpl binds to p53 (show TP53 Antibodies) and inhibits its activation in mouse embryonic stem cells.
Aire (show AIRE Antibodies)-containing complexes include 7SK RNA, the latter interaction disrupted by HNRNPL knockdown, suggesting that HNRNPL may partake in delivering inactive P-TEFb (show CCNT1 Antibodies) to Aire (show AIRE Antibodies)
Results identify a cancer-specific mechanism of hnRNP L phosphorylation and subsequent lowering of the caspase (show CASP3 Antibodies)-9a/9b ratio, which is required for the tumorigenic capacity of non-small cell lung cancer cells.
identified hnRNP L as a novel Sam68 (show KHDRBS1 Antibodies)-interacting protein partner.
Inflammation modulates the interaction of hnRNP I (show PTBP1 Antibodies) and hnRNP L with the 3'untranslated region of the murine inducible nitric-oxide synthase (show NOS2 Antibodies) mRNA
decreased surface alpha2beta1 results from decreased Itga2 (show ITGA2 Antibodies) pre-mRNA splicing regulated by hnRNP L and depends on CA repeat length at a specific site in intron 1
iNOS (show NOS2 Antibodies) mRNA degradation is promoted upon binding of hnRNPI (show PTBP1 Antibodies) and hnRNPL to a destabilizing region within its 3'-UTR (show UTS2R Antibodies)
Heterogeneous nuclear RNAs (hnRNAs) which include mRNA precursors and mature mRNAs are associated with specific proteins to form heterogenous ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) complexes. Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein L is among the proteins that are stably associated with hnRNP complexes and along with other hnRNP proteins is likely to play a major role in the formation, packaging, processing, and function of mRNA. Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein L is present in the nucleoplasm as part of the HNRP complex. HNRP proteins have also been identified outside of the nucleoplasm. Exchange of hnRNP for mRNA-binding proteins accompanies transport of mRNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. Since HNRP proteins have been shown to shuttle between the nucleus and the cytoplasm, it is possible that they also have cytoplasmic functions. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
