Activator protein-2 alpha (AP-2 alpha) is a developmentally-regulated transcription factor and important regulator of gene expression during vertebrate development and carcinogenesis. Additionally we are shipping KLF12 Antibodies (47) and KLF12 Proteins (6) and many more products for this protein.
SLC29A1 (show SLC29A1 ELISA Kits) rs760370 and KLF12 rs9543524 SNPs are associated with treatment induced thrombocytopenia in chronic hepatitis C patients treated with PEGIFN2b/ribavirin/combination.
our results supported that miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-205 was a miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits) specific to basal-like breast carcinoma (BLBC). which functioned as tumor suppressor gene through directly targeting and negatively regulating proto-oncogene (show RAB1A ELISA Kits) KLF12. miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-205 dysregulation was involved in invasion and apoptosis. miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-205 and KLF12 provided a potential diagnosis biomarker and therapeutic approach for BLBC.
Overexpression of KLF12 is associated with gastric cancer.
Elevated KLF12 expression was accompanied by decreased FOXO1 (show FOXO1 ELISA Kits) expression in the endometria of patients with repeated implantation failure.
overexpression of KLF12 in endometrial stromal cells significantly repressed the expression and secretion of decidualization biomarker genes and their products decidual prolactin (show PRL ELISA Kits) and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1 (show IGFBPI ELISA Kits)
The KLF12 rs1324913 A allele homozygous genotype is a possible predictor of Rheumatoid Arthritis.
In a large UK cohort of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, results have failed to add to the evidence for association at the KLF12 locus reported to be associated with rheumatoid arthritis in independent Spanish cohorts.
KLF12 as a new susceptibility gene for rheumatoid arthritis.
Overexpression of Kruppel-like factor 12 is associated with gastric cancer progression.
KLF12 is involved in the maturation processes of collecting ducts after birth, and UT-A1 (show SLC14A2 ELISA Kits) is a target gene of KLF12.
Activator protein-2 alpha (AP-2 alpha) is a developmentally-regulated transcription factor and important regulator of gene expression during vertebrate development and carcinogenesis. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Kruppel-like zinc finger protein family and can repress expression of the AP-2 alpha gene by binding to a specific site in the AP-2 alpha gene promoter. Repression by the encoded protein requires binding with a corepressor, CtBP1. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
