More ELISA Kits for N-Acetyltransferase 15 Interaction Partners

Human N-Acetyltransferase 15 (NAT15) interaction partners

  1. Naa60 is necessary for maintenance of the Golgi ribbon through its Nt-acetylation of substrate protein(s) that is/are involved in Golgi ribbon structural and/or functional organization.

  2. Naa60 is an N-terminal acetyltransferase (show NAA15 ELISA Kits) defined as NatF. Human and Drosophila melanogaster Naa60 acetylate Met-Lys (show LYZ ELISA Kits)- and other Met-starting N-termini. In Drosophila cells, NAA60 knockdown induced chromosomal segregation defects.

  3. HAT4 is an important player in the organization and function of the genome and may contribute to the diversity and complexity of higher eukaryotic organisms [HAT4]

N-Acetyltransferase 15 (NAT15) Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

Histone acetyltransferase localized in the Golgi apparatus that mediates acetylation of free histone H4, thereby facilitating nucleosome assembly. Has a preference for free histone H4 'Lys-20'(H4K20ac), 'Lys-79'(H4K79ac) and 'Lys-91' (H4K91ac). Also displays alpha (N-terminal) acetyltransferase activity towards a range of N-terminal sequences including those starting with Met-Lys, Met-Val, Met-Ala and Met-Met. Required for normal chromosomal segregation during anaphase (By similarity).
