More ELISA Kits for NFE2 Interaction Partners

Human Nuclear Factor (Erythroid-Derived 2), 45kDa (NFE2) interaction partners

  1. Our data presented herein support the hypothesis that cytoplasmically located NF-E2 may have a function in the elimination of internal organelles. The mild autophagy defect observed in our mice may be due to the requirement for additional proteins in the formation of larger complexes to exert this function.

  2. assessment of NF-E2 and NGFR (show NGFR ELISA Kits) expression may provide additional support in reaching a correct diagnosis in discriminating polycythemia vera (show IGF2BP3 ELISA Kits) from prefibrotic/fibrotic primary myelofibrosis and essential thrombocythemia

  3. The genes BCL6 (show BCL6 ELISA Kits), NFE2, POU4F2 (show POU4F2 ELISA Kits) and ELF4 are primary 1,25(OH)2D3 targets in THP-1 (show GLI2 ELISA Kits) cells

  4. the RUNX1 (show RUNX1 ELISA Kits) target NF-E2 is part of the molecular network by which RUNX1 (show RUNX1 ELISA Kits) regulates platelet biogenesis and function in a pedigree with familial platelet disorder with a predisposition to acute myelogenous leukemia

  5. A functional link among the erythroid transcription factors GATA-1 (show GATA1 ELISA Kits)/NF-E2, miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-199b-5p in erythropoiesis.

  6. NF-E2 immunohistochemistry and analysis of the proportion of nuclear positive erythroblasts of all erythroid precursor cells can help to distinguish between ET and PMF (show PRB1 ELISA Kits) even in early stages of the diseases.

  7. NFE-2 transgene mediates the expression of interleukin 8 (show IL8 ELISA Kits) in myeloproliferative neoplasms, thereby contributing to myeloproliferative neoplasm pathology.

  8. Findings suggest a model whereby ROCK inhibition drives polyploidization, DMS growth and proplatelet formation late in megakaryocyte maturation through downregulation of MYC (show MYC ELISA Kits) and NFE2 expression.

  9. IFN-gamma modulates NF-kappaB/c-Jun to antagonize activin A-mediated NF-E2 transcriptional activity on erythroid cell globin gene expression.

  10. RUNX1 (show RUNX1 ELISA Kits) and NF-E2 are overexpressed in polycythemic patients of diverse phenotypes and molecular causes

Mouse (Murine) Nuclear Factor (Erythroid-Derived 2), 45kDa (NFE2) interaction partners

  1. results suggest that Nrf2 (show NFE2L2 ELISA Kits) deficiency induced by HFD promoted hepatic fatty acid metabolism disorder by altering 18-carbon and 22-carbon fatty acid composition

  2. A novel murine model may excellently describe the deleterious impact of sustained chronic NF-E2 overexpression during uncontrolled chronic inflammation upon the hematopoietic system--the development of clonal myeloproliferation.

  3. Although none of the parameters measured were different between the NF-E2 deficient and control mice, an increase in calcium (21%) and an increase in the mineral/matrix ratio (32%) was observed in GATA-1 (show GATA1 ELISA Kits) deficient mice.

  4. By activating genes in megakaryocytes that mediate platelet production and function, NF-E2 p45 determines the quantity and quality of platelets.

  5. maintaining expression of intestinal epithelial cell prohibitin (show PHB ELISA Kits) reduces the severity of inflammation and increases colonic levels of the antioxidants HO-1 (show HMOX1 ELISA Kits) and NQO-1 (show NQO1 ELISA Kits) via a mechanism independent of Nfe2

  6. These findings demonstrate that a combination of p45NF-E2, Maf (show MAF ELISA Kits) G, and Maf (show MAF ELISA Kits) K is a key determinant of both megakaryopoiesis and thrombopoiesis.

  7. Loss of p45 NF-E2 leads to a 2-fold increase in serum erythropoietin (show EPO ELISA Kits) & increased splenic erythropoiesis. Erythroid cells were arrested at the G(1) stage of cell cycle.

  8. Nfe2 modulates JunD (show JUND ELISA Kits) binding to the Gcm1 (show GCM1 ELISA Kits) promoter via acetylation

  9. studies identify a novel function of p45NF-E2 during placental development: in trophoblast cells, p45NF-E2 represses Gcm1 (show GCM1 ELISA Kits) and syncytiotrophoblast formation via acetylation

  10. NLS (show ALDH1A2 ELISA Kits)-dependent nuclear import of p45 NF-E2 is important for platelet development

NFE2 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

Component of the NF-E2 complex essential for regulating erythroid and megakaryocytic maturation and differentiation. Binds to the hypersensitive site 2 (HS2) of the beta-globin control region (LCR). This subunit (NFE2) recognizes the TCAT/C sequence of the AP-1-like core palindrome present in a number of erythroid and megakaryocytic gene promoters. Requires MAFK or other small MAF proteins for binding to the NF-E2 motif. May play a role in all aspects of hemoglobin production from globin and heme synthesis to procurement of iron.
