  1. Authors determined that PAR-4 induces cell apoptosis in response to stimuli, in vitro, but is also involved in the relocation of GRP78 (show HSPA5 ELISA Kits) from endoplasmic reticulum to the cell surface of ovarian cancer cell line.

  2. These results suggest that Porphyromonas gingivalis activates PAR4 signaling pathways, leading proMMP9 over-expression and cellular invasion in oral squamous cell carcinoma cells.

  3. PAR1 (show MARK2 ELISA Kits)-platelet releasate enhances vasculogenesis more potently than PAR4-platelet releasate, and the enhancements require a cooperation of multiple platelet-derived angiogenic regulators.

  4. A novel long non-coding RNA T-ALL-R-LncR1 knockdown and Par-4 cooperate to induce cellular apoptosis in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells.

  5. Data indicate that PAR1 (show MARK2 ELISA Kits) and PAR4 activate common promigratory signalling pathways in Hep3B liver carcinoma cells including activation of the receptor tyrosine kinases Met and PDGFR (show PDGFRB ELISA Kits), the formation of ROS (show ROS1 ELISA Kits) and the inactivation of PTP1B (show PTPN1 ELISA Kits).

  6. a Par-4 mutant that is unable to bind Fbxo45 (show FBXO45 ELISA Kits) is stabilized and further enhances staurosporine-induced apoptosis.

  7. C-terminus of the rat homologue of Par-4 was crystallized and a 3.7 A resolution X-ray diffraction data set was collected

  8. These results indicate that the expression of PAR1 (show MARK2 ELISA Kits) and PAR2 (show F2RL1 ELISA Kits) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is increased but PAR4 is decreased.

  9. our results indicate that the mechanism by which PAR-4 orchestrates the apoptotic process requires cleavage by caspase-8 (show CASP8 ELISA Kits).

  10. Par-4 is expressed in trophoblastic cells and is involved in transport of GRP78 (show HSPA5 ELISA Kits) to the cell surface.

  1. Par4 (show F2RL3 ELISA Kits), CEBPB (show CEBPB ELISA Kits) and FAK (show PTK2 ELISA Kits) form a senescence signaling pathway, playing roles in modulating cell survival, growth, apoptosis, EMT (show ITK ELISA Kits) and self-renewal

  2. a novel mechanism of apoptosis induction by PAR-4 (show F2RL3 ELISA Kits)/ceramide-enriched exosomes, which may critically contribute to Alzheimer disease.

  3. extracellular Par-4 (show F2RL3 ELISA Kits)/SAC (show ADCY10 ELISA Kits) is systemically functional in inhibition of tumor growth and metastasis progression.

  4. loss of PAR4 (show F2RL3 ELISA Kits) leads to a reduction in the ability of tumour necrosis factor-alpha (show TNF ELISA Kits) to induce apoptosis by increased activation of NF-kappaB (show NFKB1 ELISA Kits)

  5. Antisense knockdown of PAR-4 (show F2RL3 ELISA Kits) or inhibition of ceramide biosynthesis reduced stem cell apoptosis; PAR-4 (show F2RL3 ELISA Kits) overexpression and treatment with ceramide analogs elevated apoptosis.

  6. AATF (show AATF ELISA Kits) is an endogenous antagonist of Par-4 (show F2RL3 ELISA Kits) activity and an effective inhibitor of aberrant amyloid beta 1-42 production and secretion under apoptotic conditions.

  7. Par-4 (show F2RL3 ELISA Kits) is directly involved in regulating choline uptake by interacting with CHT1 (show ChT ELISA Kits) and by reducing its incorporation on the cell surface

  8. the mechanism for Ras-mediated down-regulation of Par-4 (show F2RL3 ELISA Kits) is by promoter methylation

  9. direct physical association with ceramide and PAR-4 (show F2RL3 ELISA Kits) regulates the activity of PKCzeta (show PRKCZ ELISA Kits)

  10. Par-4 (show F2RL3 ELISA Kits) is identified as a regulatory component in dopamine signaling

PAWR Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The tumor suppressor WT1 represses and activates transcription. The protein encoded by this gene is a WT1-interacting protein that itself functions as a transcriptional repressor. It contains a putative leucine zipper domain which interacts with the zinc finger DNA binding domain of WT1. This protein is specifically upregulated during apoptosis of prostate cells.
