  1. study replicated the association of POAG with two SNPs at the SIX1 (show SIX1 Antibodies)-SIX6 (show SIX6 Antibodies) locus and demonstrated that SNPs, rs10483727 and rs33912345, are significantly associated with POAG, especially with NTG (show OPA1 Antibodies) in patients aged above 40 years

  2. results suggest that SIX1 (show SIX1 Antibodies) is a key proliferation regulator in mouse DFCs and human PDLCs, which provides novel insight into Six family gene function in mammals.

  3. miR (show MLXIP Antibodies)-188 suppresses proliferation and invasion by targeting SIX1 (show SIX1 Antibodies) in oral squamous cell carcinoma cells.

  4. Pro-survival effects by NF-kappaB (show NFKB1 Antibodies), Akt (show AKT1 Antibodies) and ERK(1 (show MAPK3 Antibodies)/2) and anti-apoptosis actions by Six1 (show SIX1 Antibodies) disrupt apoptotic functions of TRAIL-Dr4 (show HLADRB4 Antibodies)/5 pathway in ovarian cancer, which may explain why up-regulated DR4 (show HLADRB4 Antibodies) and DR5 (show TNFRSF10B Antibodies) in ovarian cancer are associated with poor prognosis and low survival ratio of the patients.

  5. Upregulation of Six1 (show SIX1 Antibodies) could downregulate miR (show MLXIP Antibodies)-204-5p expression.

  6. Mutations of SIX1 (show SIX1 Antibodies) gene underlie Wilms tumor recurrences.

  7. Six1 (show SIX1 Antibodies) signaling has a role in paclitaxel-dependent apoptosis in MCF-7 cell line

  8. Six1 (show SIX1 Antibodies) mutations/gene deletion are unlikely to be a major cause of nonsyndromic CAKUT.

  9. Bit1 (show PTRH2 Antibodies) may be an important regulator in cell growth, apoptosis, migration and invasion of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma via targeting FAK (show PTK2 Antibodies)-paxillin (show PXN Antibodies) pathway.

  10. Data show that the protein domain interfaces may represent therapeutic targets in homeo domain protein SIX1 (show SIX1 Antibodies)-positive Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) subsets.

  1. This study demonstrated that TIP39 (show TFIP11 Antibodies) signaling plays a role in fear incubation and suggest that may serve to ameliorate the long-term negative outcome of traumatic experience via PTH2R (show PTH2R Antibodies)-expressing neurons in the Medial Nucleus of the Amygdala.

  2. Data indicate that the nociceptive phenotype of TIP39 (show TFIP11 Antibodies)-knockout {KO) mice was similar to the PTH2R (show PTH2R Antibodies)-KO.

  3. TIP39 (show TFIP11 Antibodies)/PTH2R (show PTH2R Antibodies) signaling inhibits proliferation and alters differentiation of chondrocytes by modulating SOX9 (show SOX9 Antibodies) expression

  4. Mice with PTH2R (show PTH2R Antibodies)-null mutation lacking thermoregulation.

  5. Involvement of the TIP39/PTH2-R system in the pathways involved in the successful development of the pups.

  6. This study demonistrated that suggested that TIP39 (show TFIP11 Antibodies) modulates long-term fear recall and that mice lacking TIP39 (show TFIP11 Antibodies) or its receptor are tools for investigating fear-related psychopathologies.

  7. these results suggest that the TIP39/PTH2-R system modulates the effects of novelty exposure on memory performance, potentially by acting on noradrenergic signaling

  8. Data indicate that the TIP39 (show TFIP11 Antibodies) ligand/PTH2 receptor (show PTH2R Antibodies) system provides facilitatory regulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis via hypothalamic glutamatergic neurons and that it may regulate other neuroendocrine systems by a similar mechanism.

  9. TIP39 (show TFIP11 Antibodies) signaling modulates nociception, very likely by inhibiting endocannabinoid circuitry at a supraspinal level

  10. PTH1 receptor (show PTH1R Antibodies) antagonism

Parathyroid Hormone 2 (PTH2) Antigen Profile

Protein Summary

The protein encoded by this gene is a homeobox protein that is similar to the Drosophila 'sine oculis' gene product. This gene is found in a cluster of related genes on chromosome 14 and is thought to be involved in limb development. Defects in this gene are a cause of autosomal dominant deafness type 23 (DFNA23) and branchiootic syndrome type 3 (BOS3).
