PARP15 is a macrodomain-containing transcriptional repressor with poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase activity (Aguiar et al., 2005 [PubMed 16061477]).[supplied by OMIM, May 2008].. Additionally we are shipping Poly (ADP-Ribose) Polymerase Family, Member 15 Antibodies (7) and many more products for this protein.

The current study investigated the possible association between PARP15 single-nucleotide polymorphisms and the risk of acute myeloid leukemia (show BCL11A Proteins) (AML (show RUNX1 Proteins)). The results from a Cox (show COX8A Proteins) regression analysis for overall survival revealed that two polymorphisms associated with increased overall survival and the signal for rs17208928 was retained after correcting for multiple tests. rs17208928 showed a significant association with survival
BAL macro domains repress transcription when tethered to a promoter; BAL2 and BAL3, but not BAL1, exhibit PARP activity
