More ELISA Kits for Prostaglandin E Receptor 3 (Subtype EP3) Interaction Partners

Human Prostaglandin E Receptor 3 (Subtype EP3) (PTGER3) interaction partners

  1. The present study identified the functions of EP3 and the mechanisms by which PGE2 regulates beta-catenin (show CTNNB1 ELISA Kits) expression and promoted cholangiocarcinoma cell growth and invasion

  2. Our results show that oxLDL suppresses EP3 expression by activation of PPAR-g (show ARF6 ELISA Kits) and subsequent inhibition of NF-kappaB (show NFKB1 ELISA Kits) in macrophages.

  3. results demonstrate that risk of unsuccessful periodontal treatment is associated with tag SNPs in specific genes that regulate the inflammatory response, one of which is also associated with sPTB (show SPTB ELISA Kits).

  4. Failure of cervical ripening, after local application of prostaglandins for labor induction, may be caused by the increased expression of EP3 and concomitant decrease in EP4 (show PTGER4 ELISA Kits) expression.

  5. Human prostate cancer is associated with EP4 (show PTGER4 ELISA Kits) and EP2 overexpression and reduced EP3 expression.

  6. EP3 downregulation contributed to prostate carcinogenesis and to progression from androgen-dependent prostate cancer to castration-resistant prostate cancer by regulating androgen receptor (show AR ELISA Kits) expression.

  7. Neuronal prostaglandin E2 receptor subtype EP3 mediates antinociception during inflammation.

  8. Prostaglandin E2 receptor, EP3, is induced in diabetic islets and negatively regulates glucose- and hormone-stimulated insulin (show INS ELISA Kits) secretion.

  9. EP(3) receptors located postsynaptically strongly contract human pulmonary arteries.

  10. This study identify the PGE (show LIPF ELISA Kits)(2) EP3 receptor as a novel proinflammatory, proamyloidogenic, and synaptotoxic signaling pathway, and suggest a role for COX (show COX8A ELISA Kits)-PGE (show LIPF ELISA Kits)(2) -EP3 signaling in the development of AD.

Rabbit Prostaglandin E Receptor 3 (Subtype EP3) (PTGER3) interaction partners

  1. For the mutant receptors, the second extracellular loop (ECII) plays a critical role in linking the agonist bound receptor conformation to the G protein nucleotide bound state.

Mouse (Murine) Prostaglandin E Receptor 3 (Subtype EP3) (PTGER3) interaction partners

  1. Leukotriene D4 and prostaglandin E2 signals synergize and potentiate vascular inflammation in a mast cell-dependent manner through cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1 (show CYSLTR1 ELISA Kits) and E-prostanoid receptor 3

  2. Data (including data from studies in knockout mice) suggest that Ptger3 is involved in regulation of adiposity, lipid metabolism, and insulin (show INS ELISA Kits) resistance; Ptger3 knockout mice gain more weight on high-fat diet than normal mice.

  3. EP3 activation facilitates hypoxia-induced vascular remodeling and pulmonary hypertension in mice.

  4. EP3 and TLR3 (show TLR3 ELISA Kits) in conjunctival epithelium play a critical role in regulating ocular surface inflammation.

  5. PGE2 triggers mast cell activation via an EP3-Gi/o-Ca(2 (show CA2 ELISA Kits)+) influx/PI3K pathway. This mechanism underlies PGE2-induced vascular permeability and consequent edema formation.

  6. Neointimal hyperplasia response to injury is mediated through prostaglndin EP3 receptor.

  7. Prostaglandin E2 receptor, EP3, is induced in diabetic islets and negatively regulates glucose- and hormone-stimulated insulin (show INS ELISA Kits) secretion.

  8. These results suggest that EP3 receptors are involved in stroke injury through the enhancement of inflammatory and apoptotic reactions in the ischemic cortex.

  9. Suggest that COX-2 (show COX2 ELISA Kits) and EP3/EP4 (show PTGER4 ELISA Kits) signaling contribute to lymphangiogenesis in proliferative inflammation, possibly via induction of VEGF-C (show VEGFC ELISA Kits) and VEGF-D (show Figf ELISA Kits).

  10. EP3 receptor signaling on endothelial cells is essential for the MMP-9 (show MMP9 ELISA Kits) upregulation that enhances tumor metastasis and angiogenesis.

Pig (Porcine) Prostaglandin E Receptor 3 (Subtype EP3) (PTGER3) interaction partners

  1. vasoconstriction is mediated by phosphatidyl-inositol pathway via activation of EP1 (show PTGER1 ELISA Kits)- and EP3-receptors located on the smooth muscle cells

Prostaglandin E Receptor 3 (Subtype EP3) (PTGER3) Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor family. This protein is one of four receptors identified for prostaglandin E2 (PGE2). This receptor may have many biological functions, which involve digestion, nervous system, kidney reabsorption, and uterine contraction activities. Studies of the mouse counterpart suggest that this receptor may also mediate adrenocorticotropic hormone response as well as fever generation in response to exogenous and endogenous stimuli. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
