More ELISA Kits for PSMB10 Interaction Partners

Mouse (Murine) Proteasome (Prosome, Macropain) Subunit, beta Type 10 (PSMB10) interaction partners

  1. LMP7 (show PSMB8 ELISA Kits) and MECL1 regulate cytokine expression, suggesting this system represents a novel mechanism for the regulation of cytokines and cytokine signaling

  2. Findings strongly support the concept that LMP7 (show PSMB8 ELISA Kits)/MECL-1 proteasomes subunits actively function to regulate LPS (show TLR4 ELISA Kits)-induced NO production by affecting the TRIF/TRAM (show TICAM2 ELISA Kits) pathway.

  3. phenotype of hyperproliferation of T cells lacking both MECL-1 and LMP7 implicates a specific role for immunoproteasomes in T cell proliferation that is not obviously connected to MHC class I Ag processing

  4. An in vivo function of MECL-1 codetermines the T cell repertoire for an antiviral cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) response specific for lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus that is altered in MECL1-deficient mice.

  5. The findings indicate that MECL-1 influences the homeostatic equilibrium between T-cell subsets, not through indirect extracellular signals, such as MHC-I expression or the cytokine milieu, but through direct effects on T-cell-intrinsic processes.

Human Proteasome (Prosome, Macropain) Subunit, beta Type 10 (PSMB10) interaction partners

  1. LMP10 nuclear expression in the Human Papillomavirus (HPV)-positive group and LMP10 cytoplasmic expression in the HPV-negative group of patients correlated to better clinical outcome.

  2. Data indicate that treatment-emergent resistance to single-agent bortezomib was independent of variants in the proteasome genes PSMB1 (show PSMB1 ELISA Kits), PSMB5 (show PSMB5 ELISA Kits), PSMB6 (show PSMB6 ELISA Kits), PSMB8 (show PSMB8 ELISA Kits), PSMB9 (show PSMB9 ELISA Kits), and PSMB10.

  3. Adenovirus E1A (show BCKDHA ELISA Kits) causes down-regulation of MECL1 expression

  4. Impaired expression of proteasome subunits is involved in the loss of HLA class I (show MICA ELISA Kits) expression in human colon cancer cells.

  5. Multicatalytic endopeptidase complex subunit is involved in antigen presentation and is an important candidate gene for initial exploration of relationships between antigen processing genes and disease resistance.

  6. These data reveal a novel "feed-forward" mechanism induced by NF-kappaB (show NFKB1 ELISA Kits) which ensures that acutely synthesized IRF-1 (show IRF1 ELISA Kits) operates in concert with NF-kappaB (show NFKB1 ELISA Kits) to amplify the immunoproteasome and antigen-processing functions of CD40 (show CD40 ELISA Kits).

Pig (Porcine) Proteasome (Prosome, Macropain) Subunit, beta Type 10 (PSMB10) interaction partners

  1. The porcine PSMB10 was mapped by somatic cell hybrid panel and radiation hybrid mapping on SSC6p14-p15 (show CDKN2B ELISA Kits).

PSMB10 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with a highly ordered ring-shaped 20S core structure. The core structure is composed of 4 rings of 28 non-identical subunits\; 2 rings are composed of 7 alpha subunits and 2 rings are composed of 7 beta subunits. Proteasomes are distributed throughout eukaryotic cells at a high concentration and cleave peptides in an ATP/ubiquitin-dependent process in a non-lysosomal pathway. An essential function of a modified proteasome, the immunoproteasome, is the processing of class I MHC peptides. This gene encodes a member of the proteasome B-type family, also known as the T1B family, that is a 20S core beta subunit. Proteolytic processing is required to generate a mature subunit. Expression of this gene is induced by gamma interferon, and this gene product replaces catalytic subunit 2 (proteasome beta 7 subunit) in the immunoproteasome.
