More ELISA Kits for PROZ Interaction Partners

Mouse (Murine) Protein Z, Vitamin K-Dependent Plasma Glycoprotein (PROZ) interaction partners

  1. Letter: protein Z is not a typical acute phase reactant.

  2. PZ and ZPI (show SERPINA10 ELISA Kits) deficiency would be associated with a modest thrombotic risk with ZPI (show SERPINA10 ELISA Kits) deficiency producing a more severe phenotype.

Human Protein Z, Vitamin K-Dependent Plasma Glycoprotein (PROZ) interaction partners

  1. Results show the energetic basis of the Z-dependent protease inhibitor (ZPI (show SERPINA10 ELISA Kits))-protein Z (PZ) interaction and suggest an important role for ZPI (show SERPINA10 ELISA Kits) Lys (show LYZ ELISA Kits)-239 in PZ catalytic action.

  2. The unbalance between PZ and ZPI (show SERPINA10 ELISA Kits) in plasma samples from patients with Colorectal Cancer or Pancreatic Cancer is not only related to an inflammatory state but could also results from an ectopic synthesis of these proteins by the cancer cells.

  3. Protein Z EGF2 subdomain constitutes an interactive-site for ZPI (show SERPINA10 ELISA Kits) protein.

  4. Protein Z/protein Z-dependent protease inhibitor (show SERPINA10 ELISA Kits) and Fxa (show F10 ELISA Kits) expression in human gastric cancer cells indicate that these proteins may play a role in anticoagulant events at the tumor tissue.

  5. active mutations of PZ in the serine protease (show F2 ELISA Kits) structural domain were found in women with fetal loss

  6. Data suggest role for complex of PZ with ZPI (PZ-dependent protease inhibitor (show SERPINA10 ELISA Kits)) in pregnancy maintenance; this is highlighted by progressive elevation in PZ levels in first trimester of gestation which then steadily decline toward delivery. [REVIEW]

  7. the PZ/ZPI (show SERPINA10 ELISA Kits) complex may play some modulating role in hemophilia A

  8. 74 patients a protein Z deficiency has been found.

  9. PZ can be a cofactor associated with an increased bleeding tendency in patients with AML (show RUNX1 ELISA Kits).

  10. expression of PROZ in PLC/PRF/5 cells increased cell viability and clonogenicity compared to mock-transfected cells.

PROZ Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

This gene encodes a liver vitamin K-dependent glycoprotein that is synthesized in the liver and secreted into the plasma. The encoded protein plays a role in regulating blood coagulation by complexing with protein Z-dependent protease inhibitor to directly inhibit activated factor X at the phospholipid surface. Deficiencies in this protein are associated with an increased risk of ischemic arterial diseases and fetal loss. Mutations in this gene are the cause of protein Z deficiency. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
