More ELISA Kits for Protein tyrosine Phosphatase, Receptor Type, R Interaction Partners

Human Protein tyrosine Phosphatase, Receptor Type, R (PTPRR) interaction partners

  1. Results show that PTPRR is an early and direct target of the androgen receptor (show AR ELISA Kits) which negatively regulates the RAS/ERK1/2 (show MAPK1/3 ELISA Kits) pathway suggesting that its loss in prostate cancer cells is one factor that might contribute to activation of the RAS/ERK1/2 (show MAPK1/3 ELISA Kits) pathway.

  2. High expression of PTP receptors R and Z1 was observed in all examined cases of colorectal carcinoma, adenoma and normal colon tissue in this study.

  3. The methylation index of PTPRR recovered from scrapings of uterine cervix adenocarcinomas is significantly higher than in normal controls.

  4. 3 genes identified by association study and supported by ocular expression and/or replication, UHRF1BP1L, PTPRR, and PPFIA2 (show PPFIA2 ELISA Kits), are novel candidates for myopic development within the MYP3 locus that should be further studied.

  5. Methylation of the PTPRR promoter has an important role in the metastasis and may be a biomarker of invasive cervical cancer

  6. the protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type R gene may play a role in conferring risk of major depressive disorder in females

  7. expression of the PTPRR-1 isoform was inactivated in colorectal cancer cells as a result of de novo CpG island methylation and enrichment of transcription-repressive histone-tail marks, mainly H3K27me3

  8. determined high-resolution structures of all of the human family members of Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase (show MAPK1 ELISA Kits)-specific protein tyrosine phosphatases

Mouse (Murine) Protein tyrosine Phosphatase, Receptor Type, R (PTPRR) interaction partners

  1. These findings indicate an important role for PTPRR in maintaining low basal mitogen-activated protein kinase (show MAPK1 ELISA Kits) activity in Purkinje cells.

  2. The data of this study disclosed a distinct role for PTPRR in recognition memory and exploration of a new environment.

  3. Results support the suggested link between PTPRR isoforms and cerebellar calcium ion homeostasis, and suggest an additional role in the process of cell-cell adhesion

  4. The ERK2 (show MAPK1 ELISA Kits) docking groove is more restrictive and selective for its tyrosine phosphatase inactivators than for MEK1 (show MAP2K1 ELISA Kits)/2 and indicate that distinct ERK2 (show MAPK1 ELISA Kits) residues modulate the docking interactions with activating and inactivating effectors.

  5. PTPBR7, was subject to N-terminal proteolytic processing, in between amino acid position 136 and 137, resulting in an additional, 65-kDa transmembrane PTPRR isoform.

  6. Ptprr-/- mice displayed ataxia (show USP14 ELISA Kits) characterized by defects in fine motor coordination and balance skills.

  7. PTP-SL, like PTPBR7, is a single membrane-spanning receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatases.

Protein tyrosine Phosphatase, Receptor Type, R (PTPRR) Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. This PTP possesses an extracellular region, a single transmembrane region, and a single intracellular catalytic domain, and thus represents a receptor-type PTP. Silencing of this gene has been associated with colorectal cancer. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. This gene shares a symbol (PTPRQ) with another gene, protein tyrosine phosphatase, receptor type, Q (GeneID 374462), which is also located on chromosome 12.
