Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Additionally we are shipping RPL37 Antibodies (39) and RPL37 Kits (9) and many more products for this protein.
Showing 10 out of 13 products:
RPL37, RPS15 (show RPS15 Proteins) and RPS20 (show RPS20 Proteins) regulate the Mdm2 (show MDM2 Proteins)-p53 (show TP53 Proteins)-MdmX (show MDM4 Proteins) network but employ different mechanisms to do so.
Data report that depletion of L37 leads to cell cycle arrest in a MDM2 (show MDM2 Proteins)/L11 (show RPL11 Proteins)- and p53 (show TP53 Proteins)-dependent manner.
Transfection revealed more rpL37 mRNA associated with nonphosphorylatable La A(366) than with La S(366), concomitant with La A(366)-specific shift of a fraction of L37 mRNA off polysomes
Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. This gene encodes a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 60S subunit. The protein belongs to the L37E family of ribosomal proteins. It is located in the cytoplasm. The protein contains a C2C2-type zinc finger-like motif. As is typical for genes encoding ribosomal proteins, there are multiple processed pseudogenes of this gene dispersed through the genome.
