More ELISA Kits for SP110 Nuclear Body Protein Interaction Partners

Cow (Bovine) SP110 Nuclear Body Protein (SP110) interaction partners

  1. SP110 as a novel susceptibility gene for Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis infection in cattle.

Human SP110 Nuclear Body Protein (SP110) interaction partners

  1. The results indicated that both the heterozygous genotype GC and homozygous genotype CC in rs3809849 in MYBBP1A (show MYBBP1A ELISA Kits) had significant effects on the risk of pulmonary tuberculosis, and heterozygous genotype CT in rs9061 in SP110 also had similar effects.

  2. Results show that SP110 variants were associated with increased susceptibility to both pulmonary and extra-pulmonary tuberculosis in the Vietnamese patients. Those variants may influence macrophage signaling responses and apoptosis during the infection.

  3. Study suggests that a combination of SP110 and MYBBP1A gene polymorphisms may serve as a novel marker for identifying the risk of developing TB in the Chinese Han population.

  4. Several SNPs in Sp110 are risk factors for susceptibility to tuberculosis in Chongqing Han People.

  5. In a pooled analysis of 10,624 cases of tuberculosis, there was not a significant association between polymorphisms in the SP110 gene and disease susceptibility. [Meta-analysis]

  6. Genotyped 20 SNPs located in the SP110 gene, for the first time in a South East Asian cohort from Indonesia. Our study did not reveal any statistically significant associations between SP110 SNPs and pulmonary TB.

  7. a range of mutations in SP110 that cause decreased SP110 protein levels and impaired late B-cell differentiation cause veno-occlusive disease with immunodeficiency syndrome.

  8. the results might indicate a role of SP110 variants in extrapulmonary tuberculosis rather than PTB (show PTBP1 ELISA Kits).

  9. This study demonstrates that genotypes and haplotypes of SP110 might be associated with susceptibility to tuberculosis in Chinese population.

  10. identification of two proteins: the human remodeling and spacing factor 1 (RSF1 (show RSF1 ELISA Kits)) and the activating transcription factor 7 interacting protein (ATF7IP (show ATF7IP ELISA Kits)) that interact with human SP110 during the process of viral infections

Mouse (Murine) SP110 Nuclear Body Protein (SP110) interaction partners

  1. These findings not only reveal the transcriptional basis of Sp110-mediated macrophage resistance to Mtb (show NCAPG2 ELISA Kits), but also suggest potential regulatory roles for Sp110 related to inflammatory responses, miRNA profiles, and the intracellular growth of Mtb (show NCAPG2 ELISA Kits).

  2. Ipr1 might be involved in apoptosis pathway via MYBBP1A (show MYBBP1A ELISA Kits).

  3. identification and analysis of the genes Sp100 (show SP100 ELISA Kits), Csprs, and Ifi75 in two members of the genus Mus (show TRPV6 ELISA Kits), M. musculus and M. caroli

  4. data indicate that the Ipr1 gene product might have a previously undocumented function in integrating signals generated by intracellular pathogens with mechanisms controlling innate immunity, cell death and pathogenesis

SP110 Nuclear Body Protein (SP110) Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The nuclear body is a multiprotein complex that may have a role in the regulation of gene transcription. This gene is a member of the SP100/SP140 family of nuclear body proteins and encodes a leukocyte-specific nuclear body component. The protein can function as an activator of gene transcription and may serve as a nuclear hormone receptor coactivator. In addition, it has been suggested that the protein may play a role in ribosome biogenesis and in the induction of myeloid cell differentiation. Alternative splicing has been observed for this gene and three transcript variants, encoding distinct isoforms, have been identified.
