SOX30 encodes a member of the SOX (SRY-related HMG-box) family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of the cell fate. Additionally we are shipping SRY (Sex Determining Region Y)-Box 30 Antibodies (61) and many more products for this protein.
Showing 3 out of 4 products:
conserved non-coding elements at the vertebrate Sox21 (show SOX21 Proteins) locus are crucial for Sox21 (show SOX21 Proteins) expression in the embryonic lens and that loss of Sox21 (show SOX21 Proteins) function interferes with normal lens development
Comparative analysis of duplicated sox21 (show SOX21 Proteins) genes in zebrafish.
Sox21a (show SOX21 Proteins) acts as a repressor in dorso-ventral patterning.
SOX30 expression represents an important prognostic factor for survival time in lung adenocarcinoma patients.
Blockade of p53 (show TP53 Proteins) attenuates the tumor inhibition of SOX30.
Sox30 expression is under the control of DNA methylation (show HELLS Proteins) status, and this expression pattern is associated with testis development in mice
This gene encodes a member of the SOX (SRY-related HMG-box) family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of the cell fate. The encoded protein may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins. The protein may be involved in the differentiation of developing male germ cells. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
