More ELISA Kits for Sirtuin 7 Interaction Partners

Human Sirtuin 7 (SIRT7) interaction partners

  1. Novel interactions of TPPII (show Tpp2 ELISA Kits), p53 (show TP53 ELISA Kits), and SIRT7 presented in this study might contribute to the knowledge of the regulatory effects of these proteins on apoptotic pathways and to the understanding mechanisms of aging and lifespan regulation.

  2. SIRT7 deacetylates U3-55k (show RRP9 ELISA Kits), enhancing U3-55k (show RRP9 ELISA Kits) binding to U3 snoRNA, which is a prerequisite for pre-rRNA processing.

  3. this is the first report on the regulation mechanism of SIRT7 gene, in which, HDAC3 (show HDAC3 ELISA Kits) collaborated with C/EBPalpha (show CEBPA ELISA Kits) to occupy its responding element in the upstream region of SIRT7 gene and repressed its expression in human cells.

  4. SIRT3 (show SIRT3 ELISA Kits) and SIRT7 possess tumour suppressor properties in the context of pancreatic cancer.

  5. Sirt7 expression was implicated with high histological grade and independently predicted poor clinical outcome in patients with breast cancer, suggesting that Sirt7 might play a role in the malignant progression of breast cancer.

  6. SIRT7 might play a role of oncogene (show RAB1A ELISA Kits) in ovarian malignancy. Down-regulation of SIRT7 significantly reduced ovarian cancer cell growth, repressed colony formation and increased cancer cell apoptosis; up-regulation promoted the migration of cancer cells.

  7. Sirt7 is overexpressed in human gastric cancers. Expression of Sirt7 is markedly correlated with tumor size, metastasis, disease stage and prognosis.

  8. SIRT1 (show SIRT1 ELISA Kits) inhibition caused cell death, while SIRT2 (show SIRT2 ELISA Kits) inhibition resulted in cell cycle arrest. In conclusion, we report the overexpression of SIRT2 (show SIRT2 ELISA Kits) and SIRT7 proteins in cervical cancer

  9. SIRT7 expression was reduced in aged hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), and SIRT7 up-regulation improved the regenerative capacity of aged HSCs.

  10. Interactions of two highly acetylated proteins, nucleophosmin (NPM1 (show NPM1 ELISA Kits)) and nucleolin (show NCL ELISA Kits), with SIRT6 (show SIRT6 ELISA Kits) and SIRT7 were confirmed by co-immunoprecipitation.

Mouse (Murine) Sirtuin 7 (SIRT7) interaction partners

  1. miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-93 inhibits the metabolic target Sirt7, which we identified as a major driver of in vivo adipogenesis via induction of differentiation and maturation of early adipocyte precursors.

  2. The role of SIRT7 has emerged in protein synthesis, chromatin remodelling, cellular survival and lipid metabolism.

  3. SIRT7 stabilizes and activates the GABP alpha (show GABPA ELISA Kits)/GABPbeta complex via deacetylation of GABPbeta1.

  4. SIRT7 controls hepatic lipid metabolism by regulating the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway.

  5. Study identifies SIRT7 as a cofactor of Myc (show MYC ELISA Kits) for transcriptional repression and delineates a druggable regulatory branch of the ER stress response that prevents and reverts fatty liver disease.

  6. Mybbp1a (show MYBBP1A ELISA Kits) is a novel negative regulator of Sirt7.

  7. SirT7 plays a dominant role in the growth inhibition of the P19 cells.

  8. SIRT7 is a positive regulator of Pol I transcription and is required for cell viability in mammals.

  9. Suggest a critical role of Sirt7 in the regulation of stress responses and cell death in the heart. Enhanced p53 (show TP53 ELISA Kits) activation by lack of Sirt7-mediated deacetylation contributes to the heart phenotype of Sirt7 mutant mice.

  10. Using Sirt7 knockout and overexpressing cells we demonstrate an anti-proliferative role of Sirt7. We also show that Sirt7 expression inversely correlates with the tumorigenic potential of several murine cell lines

Sirtuin 7 (SIRT7) Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

This gene encodes a member of the sirtuin family of proteins, homologs to the yeast Sir2 protein. Members of the sirtuin family are characterized by a sirtuin core domain and grouped into four classes. The functions of human sirtuins have not yet been determined\; however, yeast sirtuin proteins are known to regulate epigenetic gene silencing and suppress recombination of rDNA. Studies suggest that the human sirtuins may function as intracellular regulatory proteins with mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase activity. The protein encoded by this gene is included in class IV of the sirtuin family.
