Dystrophin is a large, rod-like cytoskeletal protein found at the inner surface of muscle fibers. Additionally we are shipping Syntrophin, beta 1 (Dystrophin-Associated Protein A1, 59kDa, Basic Component 1) Kits (12) and Syntrophin, beta 1 (Dystrophin-Associated Protein A1, 59kDa, Basic Component 1) Proteins (3) and many more products for this protein.
Showing 10 out of 36 products:
importance of the microRNA system in the regulation of dystrophin (show DMD Antibodies)-glycoprotein complex components in dystrophic muscle
SNPs within the SNTB1 gene are associated with increased risk of oral cancer.
SNTB1 and MCPH1 (show MCPH1 Antibodies) are located on chromosome 8, which may be involved in neuroticism, avoidant personality and depression.
beta1-syntrophin acts through a class-I PDZ (show INADL Antibodies) interaction with the C terminus of ABCA1 (show ABCA1 Antibodies) to regulate the cellular distribution and activity of the transporter
Dystrophin is a large, rod-like cytoskeletal protein found at the inner surface of muscle fibers. Dystrophin is missing in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy patients and is present in reduced amounts in Becker Muscular Dystrophy patients. The protein encoded by this gene is a peripheral membrane protein found associated with dystrophin and dystrophin-related proteins. This gene is a member of the syntrophin gene family, which contains at least two other structurally-related genes.
