The expression of TARP and KRT5 (show KRT5 Antibodies) was correlated with the progress of endometrial cancer
The results of this study found decreased transcript expression of TARP gamma-8 (show CACNG8 Antibodies) in schizophrenia.
T cells engineered with a T cell receptor against the prostate antigen TARP specifically kill HLA-A2+ prostate and breast cancer cells.
A prognostic value of TARP in prostate cancer could not be found.
Intracellular protein (show CKAP2 Antibodies) degradation and endosomal acidification were significantly delayed in gammadelta T-antigen-presenting cells compared with human monocyte-derived dendritic cells(moDCs).
Nine peptides and two proteins were identified for TCRgammadelta, including human mutS homolog 2 (show MSH2 Antibodies) (hMSH2 (show MSH2 Antibodies)) and heat shock protein (HSP) 60 (show HSPA14 Antibodies).
In some non-lymphoid tissues, the unrearranged T cell receptor gamma (TRG@) locus is expressed. The resulting transcript contains a subset of the TRG@ gene segments and is shorter than TRG@ transcripts expressed in lymphoid tissues. This RefSeq record represents the unrearranged TRG@ locus transcript\\\\; the complete TRG@ locus is represented by the genomic RefSeq NG_001336. The transcript represented by this RefSeq has two open reading frames (ORFs) that encode different proteins. The downstream ORF is in the same frame as TRG@ and its protein product is similar to TRG@ proteins. The upstream ORF uses a different reading frame and encodes a novel protein.
