More ELISA Kits for TRAF4 Interaction Partners

Human TNF Receptor-Associated Factor 4 (TRAF4) interaction partners

  1. TRAF4 may promote oral squamous carcinoma cell growth, invasion and migration by Wnt (show WNT2 ELISA Kits)/beta-catenin (show CTNNB1 ELISA Kits) pathway.

  2. There was a significant positive correlation between TRAF2 (show TRAF2 ELISA Kits) and TRAF4 expression levels in malignant pleural effusion cells

  3. The TRAF4-ERK (show IL17A ELISA Kits)5 is a dominant pathway in human skin squamous cell carcinoma.

  4. Rab11-FIP3 coordinates the interactions of ASAP1 and Rab11a with Rabin8.

  5. Data showed that TRAF4 was highly expressed in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells, and miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-370 overexpression significantly inhibited its expression. These results suggest that TRAF4 serves as an oncogene (show RAB1A ELISA Kits) in NSCLC.

  6. these results suggest that TRAF4 promoted colon cancer cell growth and invasion

  7. Expression of tumor necrosis factor (show TNF ELISA Kits) receptor-assicated factor 4 correlates with expression of Girdin (show CCDC88A ELISA Kits) and promotes nuclear translocation of Girdin (show CCDC88A ELISA Kits) in breast cancer

  8. p70s6k (show RPS6KB1 ELISA Kits)/S6 signaling pathway played an important role in the promoting function of TRAF4 on cell proliferation. This work suggests a new direction for understanding the oncogenic function of TRAF4 in breast cancer.

  9. Recent data implicates TRAF4 in carcinogenesis. The molecular mechanism addressing TRAF4 to tight junctions involves lipid binding by the TRAF (show TRAF1 ELISA Kits) domain. Review.

  10. TRAF4 upregulated PRMT5 (show PRMT5 ELISA Kits) expression, which occurred predominantly in the nucleus, on which TRAF4 promotion of cell proliferation in breast cancer is mainly dependent.

Mouse (Murine) TNF Receptor-Associated Factor 4 (TRAF4) interaction partners

  1. A novel IL-17 (show IL17A ELISA Kits) signaling pathway controlling keratinocyte proliferation and tumorigenesis via the TRAF4-ERK5 (show MAPK7 ELISA Kits) axis.

  2. Data indicate that TNF receptor associated factor 4 (TRAF4) recruited the E3-ligase SMURF2, to degrade the IL-25R-inhibitory molecule DAZ associated protein 2 (DAZAP2 (show DAZAP2 ELISA Kits)).

  3. Like IKKalpha (show CHUK ELISA Kits), TRAF4 is atypical within its family because it is the only TRAF (show TRAF1 ELISA Kits) family member to negatively regulate innate immune signaling. IKKalpha's phosphorylation of serine-426 on TRAF4 was required for this negative regulation.

  4. Report divergent effects of p47(phox) phosphorylation at S303-4 or S379 on tumor necrosis factor-alpha (show TNF ELISA Kits) signaling via TRAF4 and MAPK (show MAPK1 ELISA Kits) in endothelial cells.

  5. These results provide conclusive evidence for the pivotal contribution of TRAF4 to myelination.

  6. enhances TNF-alpha (show TNF ELISA Kits) translation

  7. A novel motif in the Crohn's disease susceptibility protein, NOD2 (show NOD2 ELISA Kits), allows TRAF4 to down-regulate innate immune responses.

  8. Impaired neural tube closure, axial skeleton malformations, and tracheal ring disruption in TRAF4-deficient mice.

  9. TRAF4 may play a role in p53 (show TP53 ELISA Kits)-mediated proapoptotic signaling in the response to cellular stress

  10. MEKK4 (show MAP3K4 ELISA Kits) is the MAPK (show MAPK1 ELISA Kits) kinase kinase for TRAF4 regulation of the JNK (show MAPK8 ELISA Kits) pathway

Zebrafish TNF Receptor-Associated Factor 4 (TRAF4) interaction partners

  1. cloning of two zebrafish orthologs of the human traf4, traf4a and traf4b; during embryogenesis, traf4b expression is present in a weak ubiquitous manner

TRAF4 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

This gene encodes a member of the TNF receptor associated factor (TRAF) family. TRAF proteins are associated with, and mediate signal transduction from members of the TNF receptor superfamily. The encoded protein has been shown to interact with neurotrophin receptor, p75 (NTR/NTSR1), and negatively regulate NTR induced cell death and NF-kappa B activation. This protein has been found to bind to p47phox, a cytosolic regulatory factor included in a multi-protein complex known as NAD(P)H oxidase. This protein thus, is thought to be involved in the oxidative activation of MAPK8/JNK. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed but the full-length nature of only one has been determined.
