More ELISA Kits for TM4SF5 Interaction Partners

Human Transmembrane 4 L Six Family Member 5 (TM4SF5) interaction partners

  1. TM4SF5-miR-4697-3P- CTD-2354A18.1 may play a key role in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer

  2. TM4SF5-positive tumors exhibited locally-increased CD44 (show CD44 ELISA Kits) expression, suggesting tumor cell differentiation

  3. TM4SF5 interacted with CD151 (show CD151 ELISA Kits), and caused the internalization of CD63 (show CD63 ELISA Kits) from the cell surface.

  4. TM4SF5-specific monoclonal antibody has a therapeutic effect against colon cancer.

  5. TM4SF5 expression in SNU761 cells caused invasive extracellular matrix degradation negatively depending on IL-6/IL-6 (show IL6 ELISA Kits) receptor signaling.

  6. Findings demonstrate that TM4SF5 directly binds to and activates FAK (show PTK2 ELISA Kits) in an adhesion-dependent manner, to regulate cell migration and invasion in hepatocellular carcinoma.

  7. TM4SF5 is positively associated with esophageal cancer invasiveness

  8. results indicate that TGFbeta1 (show TGFB1 ELISA Kits)- and growth factor-mediated signalling activities mediate TM4SF5 expression leading to acquisition of mesenchymal cell features, suggesting that TM4SF5 induction may be involved in the development of liver pathologies

  9. Results indicate that TM4SF5-mediated epithelial-mesenchymal transition may have an important function in the gefitinib resistance of cancer cells.

  10. involvement of JNKs in TM4SF5-mediated p27(Kip1 (show CDKN1B ELISA Kits)) Ser10 phosphorylation and localization during epithelial-mesenchymal transition.

TM4SF5 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family. Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains. The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility. This encoded protein is a cell surface glycoprotein and is highly similar in sequence and structure to transmembrane 4 superfamily member 1. It may play a role in cell proliferation, and overexpression of this protein may be associated with the uncontrolled growth of tumour cells.
