TTYH2 encodes a member of the tweety family of proteins. Additionally we are shipping TTYH2 Proteins (5) and many more products for this protein.
Showing 4 out of 5 products:
TTYH2 gene expression is significantly up-regulated in colon cancer. The TTYH2 gene may play an important role in regulating both proliferating and metastatic potentials of colorectal cancer.
N-glycosylation is not the determining factor for TTYH2 trafficking to the plasma membrane.
Nedd4-2 (show NEDD4L Antibodies) differentially interacts with and regulates TTYH1 (show TTYH1 Antibodies)-3
expressed most highly in brain and testis and at lower levels in heart, ovary, spleen, and peripheral blood leukocytes. Expression of this gene is upregulated in 13 of 16 (81%) renal cell carcinoma (show MOK Antibodies) samples examined
Ttyh2, however, is strongly expressed in cranial ganglia V, VII (show TH Antibodies), IX and X.
This gene encodes a member of the tweety family of proteins. Members of this family function as chloride anion channels. The encoded protein functions as a calcium(2+)-activated large conductance chloride(-) channel, and may play a role in kidney tumorigenesis. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
