More ELISA Kits for USP15 Interaction Partners

Human Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 15 (USP15) interaction partners

  1. We show that PRP31 (show PRPF31 ELISA Kits), a component of U4 snRNP (show LSM2 ELISA Kits), is modified with K63-linked ubiquitin chains by the PRP19 (show PRPF19 ELISA Kits) complex and deubiquitinated by USP15 and its substrate targeting factor SART3 (show SART3 ELISA Kits). USP15SART3 makes a complex with USP4 (show USP4 ELISA Kits) and this ternary complex serves as a platform to deubiquitinate PRP31 (show PRPF31 ELISA Kits) and PRP3 (show CLCA4 ELISA Kits)

  2. TGF-b promotes the translation of USP15 through activation of mammalian target of rapamycin (show FRAP1 ELISA Kits) by the phosphoinositide 3-kinase/AKT (show AKT1 ELISA Kits) pathway. Upregulation of USP15 translation links the crosstalk between TGF-beta (show TGFB1 ELISA Kits) signaling and p53 (show TP53 ELISA Kits) stability, allowing this cytokine to have a critical role in cancer progression.

  3. We concluded that USP15 attenuates IGF-I (show IGF1 ELISA Kits) signaling by antagonizing Nedd4 (show NEDD4 ELISA Kits)-induced IRS-2 (show IRS2 ELISA Kits) ubiquitination.

  4. These results uncover a new regulatory mechanism that USP15 activates Nrf1 (show NFE2L1 ELISA Kits) against the beta-TrCP (show BTRC ELISA Kits) inhibition to maintain proteostasis.

  5. Study identified USP15 as having recurrent de novo loss of function mutations and discovered evidence supporting two other known genes with recurrent de novo variants (FOXP1 and KDM5B).

  6. crystal structures of SART3 (show SART3 ELISA Kits) in the apo (show C9orf3 ELISA Kits)-form and in complex with the DUSP (show DUSP5 ELISA Kits)-UBL domain of USP15 at 2.0 and 3.0 A, respectively. Structural analysis reveals SART3 (show SART3 ELISA Kits) contains 12 half-a-tetratricopeptide (HAT (show MGEA5 ELISA Kits)) repeats, organized into two subdomains, HAT (show MGEA5 ELISA Kits)-N and HAT (show MGEA5 ELISA Kits)-C. SART3 (show SART3 ELISA Kits) dimerizes through the concave surface of HAT (show MGEA5 ELISA Kits)-C, whereas the HAT (show MGEA5 ELISA Kits)-C convex surface binds USP15 in a novel bipartite mode.

  7. SMURF2 (show SMURF2 ELISA Kits) is a critical target of USP15 in the TGF-beta (show TGFB1 ELISA Kits) signaling pathway.

  8. our data demonstrate that USP15 acts as a negative regulator of RIG-I (show DDX58 ELISA Kits) signaling via DUB-dependent and independent mechanisms.

  9. These data identify USP15 as an antagonist of Parkin (show PARK2 ELISA Kits) and suggest that USP15 inhibition could be a therapeutic strategy for PD cases caused by reduced Parkin (show PARK2 ELISA Kits) levels.

  10. Data show that USP15 enhances BMP-induced phosphorylation of SMAD1 (show GARS ELISA Kits) by interacting with and deubiquitylating ALK3 (show BMPR1A ELISA Kits).

Mouse (Murine) Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 15 (USP15) interaction partners

  1. In hematopoietic cells and in resident brain cells, USP15 was coexpressed with, and functionally acted together with the E3 ubiquitin ligase TRIM25 (show TRIM25 ELISA Kits) to positively regulate type I interferon (show IFNA ELISA Kits) responses and to promote pathogenesis during neuroinflammation.

  2. T cell intrinsic USP15 deficiency causes excessive production of IFN-gamma, which promotes an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment during MCA-induced primary tumorigenesis.

  3. Both mouse and human have 22 exons with identical splice sites and an exon/intron structure identical to the mouse Usp4 (show USP4 ELISA Kits) gene.

USP15 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

This gene encodes a member of the ubiquitin specific protease (USP) family of deubiquitinating enzymes. USP enzymes play critical roles in ubiquitin-dependent processes through polyubiquitin chain disassembly and hydrolysis of ubiquitin-substrate bonds. The encoded protein associates with the COP9 signalosome, and also plays a role in transforming growth factor beta signalling through deubiquitination of receptor-activated SMAD transcription factors. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene, and a pseudogene of this gene is located on the long arm of chromosome 2.
