Human WNT5B ELISA Kit for Sandwich ELISA - ABIN1117925
Yang, Perez, Fujie, Warden, Li, Wang, Yung, Chen, Liu, Zhang, Zheng, Liu, Ann, Yen: Wnt modulates MCL1 to control cell survival in triple negative breast cancer. in BMC cancer 2014
Wnt5b activated known calcium-dependent signaling pathways and JNK (show MAPK8 ELISA Kits), a component of the planar cell polarity pathway.
Secreted Wnt (show WNT2 ELISA Kits) glycoproteins, expressed by thymic epithelial cells and thymocytes, regulate epithelial Foxn1 (show FOXN2 ELISA Kits) expression in both autocrine and paracrine fashions. Wnt (show WNT2 ELISA Kits) molecules therefore provide regulatory signals critical for thymic function.
Data indicate that Wnt5a (show WNT5A ELISA Kits) and Wnt5b control the pace of transitions between different chondrocyte zones.
Wnt5b may promote adipogenesis in 3T3-L1 cells, at least in part, by antagonizing the canonical Wnt (show WNT2 ELISA Kits)/beta-catenin (show CTNNB1 ELISA Kits) pathway
hCG (show CGA ELISA Kits) was found to up-regulate these wnt (show WNT2 ELISA Kits) ligands in mouse mammary gland, independent of the changes in ovarian steroidogenesis
this study aimed at defining the expression profile and function of Wnt5a (show WNT5A ELISA Kits) and Wnt5b during adipogenesis by determining their effect on aP2 (show TFAP2A ELISA Kits) and PPARgamma (show PPARG ELISA Kits) expression and assessing the level of beta-catenin (show CTNNB1 ELISA Kits) translocation in mouse 3T3-L1 preadipocytes.
Together these findings provide important and novel insights into the role of canonical Wnt (show WNT2 ELISA Kits) signals during the patterning of vertebrate ectoderm and indicate that Wnt (show WNT2 ELISA Kits) inhibition plays a central role in the process of neural induction.
these results suggest that TGF-beta1 (show TGFB1 ELISA Kits) stimulates HSC-4 cell invasion through the Slug (show SNAI2 ELISA Kits)/Wnt-5b/MMP-10 (show MMP10 ELISA Kits) signalling axis.
This study identified WNT5B and CTNNBL1 for peak bone mineral density and body composition in males from the Han Chinese ethnic group.
The interaction between Wnt (show WNT2 ELISA Kits) isoforms and their LRP6 (show LRP6 ELISA Kits) cognate receptor depends on the jutting loop present in Wnt3a (show WNT3A ELISA Kits) but absent in Wnt5b.
Results demonstrate that the Wnt5B pathway may play an important role in atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor biology.
Report increased Wnt5b levels in adriamycin treated liver cancer stem cells within 4h of treatment.
This study shows that the WNT5B germline variant rs2010851 was significantly identified as a stage-dependent prognostic marker for CC patients after 5-fluorouracil-based adjuvant therapy.
WNT5B is elevated in both in the tumor and the patients' serum from triple negative breast cancer.
Knocking down Wnt5b expression reduced phospho-PKCA (show PKCa ELISA Kits) levels and cell migration.
Ursolic acid suppressed the expression of Wnt5alpha/beta and beta-catenin (show CTNNB1 ELISA Kits), inducing apoptosis in prostate cancer cells.
These results indicate that Wnt5b is involved in the migration ability of OSCC cells through active Cdc42 (show CDC42 ELISA Kits) and RhoA (show RHOA ELISA Kits).
novel mechanism for Wnt5b and Gpc4 (show GPC4 ELISA Kits) regulation of chondrocyte behavior that is independent of the core Wnt (show WNT2 ELISA Kits)/PCP (show PRCP ELISA Kits) molecules and differs from their collaborative action of controlling cell movements during gastrulation
In embryos overexpressing lbx1b (show Lbx1 ELISA Kits), wnt5b, a ligand of the non-canonical Wnt (show WNT2 ELISA Kits)/planar cell polarity (PCP (show PRCP ELISA Kits)) pathway, was significantly downregulated.
Swap70b and Def6a (show DEF6 ELISA Kits) delineate Wnt11 (show WNT11 ELISA Kits) and Wnt5b signalling pathways and have roles in convergent and extension cell movement during zebrafish gastrulation
CNBP (show CNBP ELISA Kits) up-regulates tbx2b and smarca5, and down-regulates wnt5b gene expression.
def6 (show DEF6 ELISA Kits) morphants phenocopy Wnt5b mutants and ectopic overexpression of def6 (show DEF6 ELISA Kits) essentially rescues Wnt5b morphants, indicating a novel role for def6 (show DEF6 ELISA Kits) as a central GEF downstream of Wnt5b signaling
identify rgs3 (show RGS3 ELISA Kits) as having an overlapping expression pattern with wnt5b in zebrafish and reveal that individual knockdown of either rgs3 (show RGS3 ELISA Kits) or wnt5b gene function produces similar somite patterning defects.
Data suggest that full-length Ryk (show RYK ELISA Kits) conveys Wnt5b signals in a directional manner during gastrulation.
Data suggest that the Wnt-5 loss-of-function defect is consistent with calcium modulation having an antagonistic interaction with Wnt (show WNT2 ELISA Kits)/beta-catenin (show CTNNB1 ELISA Kits) signaling.
conserved role of a Wnt5 (show WNT5A ELISA Kits)/Fz2 (show FZD2 ELISA Kits) signaling pathway in islet formation during pancreatic development.
The WNT gene family consists of structurally related genes which encode secreted signaling proteins. These proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. This gene is a member of the WNT gene family. It encodes a protein which shows 94% and 80% amino acid identity to the mouse Wnt5b protein and the human WNT5A protein, respectively. Alternative splicing of this gene generates 2 transcript variants.
