Additional Information

Immunogen BALB/C mice were injected with Deau cell line established from a large cell lymphoma.
Format Supernatant (prediluted)
Isotype IgM kappa  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone DBA-44
Specificity This antibody reacts with over 97% of hairy cell leukemia as well as about 35% of high grade B cell lymphomas. It reacts with B lymphocytes, cells of mantle zone and immunoblasts outside the lymphoid tissues.

Application Details

Application Notes Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane, cytoplasm
Concentration 1 to 4 ug/ml
Buffer This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
Storage Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Research Area Cancer
Restrictions For Research Use. CE-certified for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Use in the European Union
