Background Monoclonals were produced with the help of BALB/c mice using a membrane protein fraction of isolated human glomeruli as the immunizing antigen. The mouse IgG1 antibody (#4D5aE5E6) from hybridomas was purified from cell culture supernatant by Protein G chromatography.

Application Notes Immunohistochemistry: Cryo sections (acetone fixed) Paraffin sections (after autoclave or microwave treatment in 0.01 M citrate buffer, pH 6.0). Recommended working concentration is 0.5 µg/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
