Specificity
This antibody reacts with the beta chain of all products of the gene subregions DP, DQ, and DR. It stains B cells, interdigitating reticulum cells, Langerhan's cells and many macrophages. This antibody does not react with normal T cell and polymorphs but stains activated T cells.
Application Notes
Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
