Specificity This antibody is specific to a 66 - 170 kD protein, which is identified as involucrin. This antibody stains the involucrin in a variety of sizes, 170 kD in MCF-7 cells, a doublet of ~115 kD and 150 kD in gorilla and monkey and a doublet of 105 kD in pig.

Application Notes Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:75 in an ABC method.
