Additional Information

Immunogen BALB/C mice were injected with purified human erythrocytes nucleoside diphosphate kinase A.
Format Supernatant (prediluted)
Isotype IgG2a kappa  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone 37-6
Specificity This antibody reacts with human nucleoside diphosphate kinase A. Two human homologues of the nm23 gene have been isolated and designated nm23-H1 and nm23-H2. The products of these genes have been identified as nucleoside diphosphate kinase A (NDPK-A) and NDPK-B respectively. Expression of nm23 protein has been investigated in a number of studies suggesting a vital role of the nm23 gene in regulatory processes such as signal transduction, proliferation and differentiation and hence in tumorigenesis and metastasis.

Application Details

Application Notes Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Breast carcinoma. Cellular localization: Cytoplasmic
Concentration 1 to 4 ug/ml
Buffer This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
Storage Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Research Area Kinases/Phosphatases
Restrictions For Research Use. CE-certified for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Use in the European Union
