Specificity: This antibody reacts with cow S-100 protein A and B. It shows strong cross-reactivity with human S-100 A and B. In the brain, it labels glial and ependymal cells. Melanocytes and Langerhans cells of the skin stain positive with this antibody.

Application Details

Application Notes: Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the user.
