Additional Information

Immunogen Ubiquitin isolated from cow erythrocytes and conjugated to chicken gammaglobulins.
Format Ig-fraction, Liquid (prediluted)
Specificity This antibody reacts with the human as well as ubiquitin from several other mammalian species. It stains with the periphery of senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles in Alzheimer's disease.

Application Details

Application Notes Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Brain. Cellular localization: Cell membrane, cytoplasm
Concentration 1 to 4 ug/ml
Buffer This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
Storage Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Research Area Proteases, Amino Acids
Restrictions For Research Use. CE-certified for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Use in the European Union
