Additional Information

Alternative name Acylation Stimulating Protein (ASP)
Format Affinity-purified
Isotype IgG1  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone 4H3
Description Specification: Anti-Human Acylation Stimulating Protein (ASP) antibody, Clone: 4H3 is a mouse monoclonal antibody against human peptide with amino acid sequence RASHLGLA (which is located in C-terminal part of the human ASP).

Application Details

Application Notes Titre: Is defined by indirect ELISA, it is >1/100,000 for antibody concentration 1mg/ml, 25 ng of antigen are coated per well, and is then defined at a point of maximal decrease of the titration curve.
Storage Store lyophilized antibody at 2-8°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles and store frozen at -40°C. Reconstituted antibody can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time, it does not show decline in activity after two weeks at 4°C.
Restrictions For Research Use only
