Isotype IgG1
Alternative Name Acylation Stimulating Protein (ASP)
Background Specification: Anti-Human Acylation Stimulating Protein (ASP) antibody, Clone: 4H3 is a mouse monoclonal antibody against human peptide with amino acid sequence RASHLGLA (which is located in C-terminal part of the human ASP).
Application Notes Titre: Is defined by indirect ELISA, it is >1/100,000 for antibody concentration 1mg/ml, 25 ng of antigen are coated per well, and is then defined at a point of maximal decrease of the titration curve.
