Additional Information

Alternative name Transferrin Receptor
Format Protein G purified
Isotype IgG1
Clone TFR-01
Description Specification: Anti-Human Transferrin Receptor Antibody is a monoclonal antibody against human transferrin receptor.

Application Details

Application Notes Titre: Is defined by indirect ELISA, it is >1/100,000 for antibody concentration 1mg/ml, 25 ng of antigen are coated per well, and is then defined at a point of maximal decrease of the titration curve.
Storage Store lyophilized antibody at 2-8°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles and store frozen at -80°C. Reconstituted antibody can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time, it does not show decline in activity after two weeks at 4°C.
Research Area Serum/Plasma Proteins, Enzymes, Metabolism, Receptors
Restrictions For Research Use only
