Additional Information
| Alternative name | Cardiotrophin 1 |
| Format | Affinity-purified |
| Description | Specification: Anti-Human Cardiotrophin-1 Antibody was raised in rabbits against recombinant human CT-1. |
Application Details
| Application Notes | Titre: Is defined by indirect ELISA, it is >1/100,000 for antibody concentration 1mg/ml, 25 ng of antigen are coated per well, and is then defined at a point of maximal decrease of the titration curve. |
| Storage | Store lyophilized antibody at 2-8°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles and store frozen at -80°C. Reconstituted antibody can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time, it does not show decline in activity after two weeks at 4°C. |
