|Description||Specification: Anti-Human RANK Antibody was raised in rabbit against recombinant human RANK. Human RANK is a soluble 19.3 kDa protein containing 175 amino acid residues, comprising of the full-length of the TNF receptor-like extracellular domain of RANK receptor|
|Application Notes||Titre: Is defined by indirect ELISA, it is >1/100,000 for antibody concentration 1mg/ml, 25 ng of antigen are coated per well, and is then defined at a point of maximal decrease of the titration curve.|
|Storage||Store lyophilized antibody at 2-8°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles and store frozen at -80°C. Reconstituted antibody can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time, it does not show decline in activity after two weeks at 4°C.|
