|Certificates||ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003|
|Price||Product not available in this region.|
|Description||Specification: Anti-Human Resistin Antibody was raised in goat against recombinant Human Resistin. The amino acid sequence of the recombinant Human Resistin is 100% homologous to the amino acid sequence of the human serum resistin.|
|Application Notes||Titre: Is defined by indirect ELISA, it is >1/100,000 for antibody concentration 1mg/ml, 25 ng of antigen are coated per well, and is then defined at a point of maximal decrease of the titration curve.|
|Storage||Store lyophilized antibody at 2-8°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles and store frozen at -80°C. Reconstituted antibody can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time, it does not show decline in activity after two weeks at 4°C.|
