Immunogen RNPs eluted from oligo (dT) cellulose column
Myeloma Fusion Partners: SP2/0
Clone 4F4
Isotype IgG1
Specificity This antibody recognizes the two hnRNP C proteins of 41 and 43kDa in human cells, and the corresponding proteins in monkey hamster chicken.
Characteristics Mouse Anti-hnRNP C1+C2 [4F4]
Purification Protein A
Alternative Name hnRNP C1+C2
Gene ID 3183
OMIM 164020
UniProt P07910
Application Notes Optimal antibody dilution should be determined by titration, however as a guideline try IHC-P: Use a concentration of 1 µg/mL. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol. ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. WB: 1/1000. Detects a band of approximately 36 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 41,43 kDa). Human nuclear HEK 293A lysate (see Abreview). Detects isoforms at molecular weight approximately 41,43 kDa
Restrictions For Research Use only
